A lot has happened to not just British Wrestling but wrestling as a whole the last 72 hours. It is a situation that is constantly developing and on every level has disgusted all of the team in Vertigo Pro.

We will simply say this. Believe the victims and allow them the chance to speak. Be supportive but also understand how hard speaking up has been for them. We're all in shock and everyone from promotions to performers to fans are having to process that maybe our friend/colleague/favourite wrestler may not be who we thought they were.

Any individual implicated in these shocking acts will NEVER be seen Vertigo Pro Wrestling.

But please just be kind to these brave people speaking out. The floor is theirs and that's exactly how it should be.

Quick update regarding Collision Course. We're currently letting the Aberdare/Cynon Valley area recover from Storm Dennis before looking into a new date. We feel with the current situation and expected further adverse weather it's the sensible thing to wait before rearranging. Stay tuned guys good news will be coming soon.

Everyone at Vertigo Pro wants to send their best wishes and thoughts to everyone affected by Storm Dennis thus far.

Aberdare for over a year has been our home and base and to see the flooding affecting so much of the surrounding areas has been deeply sad. Stay safe and inside if at all possible.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Ok everyone we're going to cut straight to the chase. This Sunday's show COLLISION COURSE has been postponed. We know this may come as a disappointment to you, we are disappointed too.

We're not going to bu****it anyone, it's not what we're about. We believe in honesty. Simple fact is the advance sales were not strong enough for us to proceed at this time. We in good conscience could not ask our roster to travel in what is looking like potentially dangerous conditions due to Storm Dennis to perform to an audience number that is not in keeping with our usual standards. It is simply not fair on them.

As a team we will now sit down and do a thorough examination into why this has happened and make next steps from there. We apologise to our roster and you the fans as obviously things did not work out this time.

We love doing these events and as a small operation when things don't work out it hits hard. We're determined to come back stronger and hope you guys will stand by us.
