What a weekend for our Under 7s, Under 8s and Under 9s in Burnham-on-Sea!
There were goals, smiles, memories, questionable dance moves, and enough fancy dress costumes to make the Village People consider signing a few new members (including a Doctor!!)👷♂️👮♂️🤠🕺
The football was fantastic, with all of our young players showing great teamwork, effort and sportsmanship throughout the tournament. They really YMCA'd their way through the weekend, Young, Motivated, Competitive and Absolutely Brilliant! 💪⚽
Off the pitch, things got even more entertaining as the Village People took over Sandy Glade, while our "dummy club" of soldiers stood proudly on parade! 🫡 🪖😂
A huge thank you to all the coaches, parents, families and volunteers who helped make the trip such a success. These tours are about so much more than football, it's the friendships, confidence, laughter and creating memories that will last a lifetime.
Thankfully, nobody was In The Navy, because we definitely would have sunk after all the refreshments consumed this weekend! ⚓🍔
Until next year... we'll be Macho, Macho Men (and Women), but first we'll need a week to recover! 😴😂

🔴⚫️ Our girls section are looking for new players that will be in year 6 or 7 from September, to join up with our current squad for the upcoming season!
Whether you have played before, or brand new to the game, all abilities are welcome to come along and join!
You will be a part of a supportive and enthusiastic environment where you'll be working as a team alongside like minded children, where you will learn new skills and make new friendships!

We are looking to help people become a coach or team helper so that we can further expand to continue helping accommodate children in their football journey! Without coaches and helpers, it wouldn't be possible for the children to enjoy and flourish in this sport!
Our Under 6 (Year 1 from Sept) and Under 12 (Year 7 from Sept) age groups are looking for volunteers to coach and help out

Another season done and dusted for our Gadlys Rovers Juniors Under 9s!
What a year it's been with plenty of goals, plenty of smiles, a few muddy kits, and plenty of magical moments!
The players have worked incredibly hard all season, developing their skills, confidence, and teamwork while making memories along the way. As coaches, we've loved watching them grow both on and off the pitch.
A huge well done to every player and an even bigger well done to the whole squad for their effort, commitment, and enthusiasm throughout the year.

Player Appreciation Post!!
Tyler Jones!
Tyler has been attending the club since he was 6 years old, 9 years in total which makes him one of the longest serving players who also holds the most competitive junior appearances and is also Club Captain who has lead with grit and determination.
Tyler's efforts haven't gone unrecognised, by our club and others, as Pontypridd United Academy U15s have come calling!
Although Tyler moves on in a playing capacity, he has however decided to keep to his roots and become the first player to obtain his leaders award and give back to the club ready for 2026-2027season and help coach some of the future stars of the club from September!
Everyone at the club would like to thank Tyler for all his efforts with Gadlys Rovers Juniors and wish him all the success in his footballing future!
