A huge thank you to everyone who supported our fundraising event at Asda today. Thanks to your incredible generosity, we are delighted to announce that we raised over £200 for Y Clwb Pel-droed Aberdar! ⚽🎉

Every donation, no matter how big or small, makes a real difference to our club. Fundraising like this is absolutely vital as it helps us provide opportunities for local children to enjoy football in a safe, fun and inclusive environment. The money raised goes towards essential equipment, coaching, facility hire, first aid provision, coach education and ensuring we can continue to develop players of all abilities.

We would also like to say a massive thank you to Asda Aberdare for allowing us to fundraise in store, to our fantastic Safeguarding Officer Leah for giving up her time to support the event, and to our brilliant young players who represented the club with pride throughout the day. You were all a credit to Y Clwb Pel-droed Aberdar.

Your support means so much to us, and together we are helping our club continue to grow for the benefit of our local community.

Tomorrow, you’ll find some of our Under 12s and Under 13s in the foyer at Asda Aberdare alongside our brand-new Safeguarding Officer, Leah.

The team will be collecting donations to help raise funds for the upcoming season. Fundraising events like this are vital to the continued growth and success of our club, helping us provide opportunities for our players and invest in their future.

We have been so pleased to see many new players attend at our under 12s and under 13s age range. Shortly, we will have to close the doors, however there is still an opportunity to join us by attending training tomorrow and coming to see what the club can offer you!
