Keep failing? Listen Up..
Successful people donât always do more. They have a minimum standard they refuse to fall below.
Steps. Nutrition. Training. The basics that keep them moving forward.
Set the bar high, but give yourself a floor you can always hit.
Anything above the minimum is a bonus. Just donât stop.

Leah had tried over and over again.
She knew she wanted to change, but she just didnât know where to start, or how to make the results actually last.
So we fixed that.
Realistic habits that fit around work, childcare and everyday life.
Learning how to train effectively.
And, most importantly, understanding that a true transformation takes time, consistency and habits that you can actually maintain.
No quick fixes.
No unrealistic plans.
No bu****it.
Just proper coaching, accountability and a plan that fits your life.
If youâre ready for real coaching and real results, you know where to find me.

DO THE BARE MINIMUM.
No, Iâm not telling you to be lazy.
Iâm telling you to set a minimum standard for yourself.
The standard you commit to hitting regardless of how motivated you feel, how busy you are, or how your day is going.
It might be hitting your protein target, getting your steps in, drinking your water, tracking your nutrition or getting your training done.
Because when you have that minimum standard, you never completely fall off track.
Some days youâll do more. Some days youâll do less.
But if you consistently hit your minimum, youâre always moving forward.
Stop chasing perfect days.
Set your minimum standard. Hit it. Keep moving.

2â4 sessions a week is more than enough for most people to make great progress.
Less than 2? You may not be training frequently or intensely enough to consistently progress.
More than 4? You need to make sure youâre managing recovery. More training isnât automatically better if youâre too fatigued to perform well.
Train hard. Recover properly. Make your sessions count.

Chris is leaner, stronger and, more importantly, no longer stuck.
For a long time, he struggled to make the progress he wanted. The problem wasnât that he didnât know he needed to train or eat better.
He lacked the structure, accountability and consistency to turn the effort into results.
Now the difference is clear.
đ Strength is going up
đȘ His body shape is changing
đ„ His confidence and mindset have improved
â
He feels in control of his diet and lifestyle
And thatâs what good coaching should do.
Not just give you a workout and tell you to âtry harderâ.
It should give you a structured plan, teach you how to execute it, keep you accountable and adapt it when life gets in the way.
Chris isnât stuck anymore. Heâs progressing.
If youâre putting in the effort but feel like youâre going nowhere, maybe you donât need to work harder.
Maybe you need a better plan.

Coaching is about a lot more than counting sets and reps.
The exercises they choose need to be appropriate for your goal, your ability and your individual needs.
And then you need to know how to perform them correctly.
A good coach should be able to teach you, correct your technique and, with online coaching, give you the tools and feedback to do it yourself.
If your coach canât help you improve your exercise technique, what exactly are you paying them for?
