Getting between 6-8 hours every day would be great but if you are not getting that, it's OK it's about quality as well. Getting undisturbed sleep is incredibly helpful.
Try to eat 2-3 hours before going to bed, drinking during that tome is fine, preferably non-alcoholic drinks 😃
Use blue light filters in the evening. Sun lamps are also good.
And and a slow steady paced book is a great habit t get into.

How, I hear say. Well what I suggest to my clients with busy lives is this.
Schedule in 15 - 20 minutes of time just for yourself.
Use the time wisely:
your current book, or non-fiction
what ever you fancy
in
a piece of art
out of a favourite window
to music
just be in what you are doing for that period of time.
If it doesn't happen in one chunk, break it down into 5 minutes in the morning, afternoon & evening.
If you get interrupted that's OK too. It's your schedule, work out what's best for you.
