Yoga in Val d'Isere and Tignes. With Greg - almost 20 years experience in yoga and meditation. Guest teachers sometimes join. Multi style - Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin.

Teaches Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Restorative classes, as well as pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. He has almost two decades experience in yoga, and many more in movement and dance before this. He is a certified Yoga Alliance qualified teacher in multiple styles and has a background in Ashtanga - spending time training in India. He has trained with some of the foremost yoga practitioners in the world and is a continual student of the practise, regularly attending further teacher training courses and seminars. Greg can lead private yoga sessions tailored to individuals or groups - that can focus on the physical to the spiritual, his classes are always conducted with a sense of fun and kindness.
