Thank you Hotpod Yoga Edinburgh | Haymarket for a fantastic Foundations hot yoga class this morning.

I love foundations classes, back to beginner’s mind in a practice I’ve cherished almost 20 years, and I LOVE hot yoga. Perfect start to a cloudy rainy Scottish morning.

Tried a new thing : gyrokinesis. It was really cool to be thrown into beginner’s mind, it’s a practice (at least the first class) that moved my body in new ways, and really felt amazing, particularly for my back and shoulders. Thank you Gyrotonic Essentia for the class - beautiful room with a view of the canal, very patient teacher who was so helpful with modifications.
