La Chouette

Didn’t know what my dream bike was going to be, but I knew a custom Rivendell was high on my list. With the help of the entire La Chouette Crew, this beautiful Homer was created right in time for our Alt d’Huez event in the Alps this summer. Hard to really find the words to describe this bike, but I can confirm that it’s the best bike I’ve ever had, and absolutely love riding this thing. Stop by the shop if you’d like to see it, it’s usually around!

The new range of travel bags from Brooks England are awesome. With their timeless taste they’ve really made something special with this series. The waxed cotton in a dark brown looks great on any bike, at what’s more, they look better the more they’re used!

These wavy mkspedal Aurora pedals are back in stock! Named for those wavy lights you sometimes see up in the sky, and honestly the pressed-alloy plate kind of earns it — same flowing, rippled look, minus the trip to Norway. Turns out that shape isn’t just pretty either, it keeps your foot properly planted whether you’re pottering round town, loaded up for a tour, or off somewhere rougher.
