A visibility lesson I’ve been sitting with:
Being more visible doesn’t always mean sharing more of your personal life.
It doesn’t always mean putting your face on every post.
Or telling the most intimate version of the story.
Somethings are sacred and can be kept just for you.
It doesn’t always mean turning yourself inside out on the internet so people can “connect.”
I think this is what people fear when it comes to visibility. It becomes a how much can I share competition.
It’s less “here is every specific detail of my life.” And more “here is the energy, the essence, the truth underneath it.”
Because the content that travels is often the content where people can see themselves.
The moment they go:
“Wait… this is me.”
“I’ve felt this.”
“I needed this.”
“I’m sending this to my friend.”
“I want to share this on my story.”
That’s visibility too.
Not just being looked at.
Being felt, understood, remembered and shared.
This is such an important distinction, especially if being visible has ever felt like too much.
Permission: you don’t have to make yourself more exposed to become more magnetic.
You don’t have to be more performative, or become a talking head machine, and definitely not share every tender piece of your life just to prove you’re “showing up.”
You can take a magical ordinary moment, your hand on your coffee, the view from your flight, holding hands in the car, putting on your earrings, walking down the street, dancing in your kitchen—and let the message do the work.
You can be deeply you without making it overly personal.
You can be relatable without becoming generic.
You can be seen without abandoning your own sense of safety.
That’s the art.
Not hiding or overexposing.
But finding the place where your truth becomes something others can receive.
This is one of the layers of visibility I’m so excited to speak into in the masterclass with and the .world.conf community on this Thursday the 18th.

There’s a difference between resting and ghosting your vision.
And it’s a lesson I’ve learned over time—it was tied to capacity and devotion.
In this season of my life ans business, I made a commitment to my mission.
That means facing where I am arguing for my limitations, making excuses and postponing decisions and balancing that with resting, honouring my cycles and rhythms…
My non-negotiable is disappearing, being complacent or ghosting in the name of resting.
No that’s an energy and power leak.
And I’ve also had to get vigilant about energy hygiene. Clearing myself. Because this has been a thing but no-f**king-more. (If YKYK)
And this is what I had to do years ago with visibility as well. Same commitment and capacity building.
I started content creation as an OG influencer on YouTube and then insta circa 2015.
And I went through cycles of disappearing and ghosting.
I didn’t know how people could show up despite it all. And I was a one woman show. Ultimately the will to be visible comes from inside YOU.

I’m the luckiest girl in the world.
Weeks like this one are my fave. Take today. Wake up, let my son out, water and morning coffee. Planks. Astrology vids on YouTube.
Hop in the shower, have to wake up my love up sadly my office is my bedroom (working on manifesting an office/atelier).
Watched makeup tutorials in prep for my first call of the day: a style consult with a MSW Barcelona client to talk her look with creative. By the end we are high on life and obsessed with the look that was channeled ❤️🔥😍💥⚡️ (sneak peek of her moodboard first few slides!)

On my way home I listen to voice notes from a client who jumped into the 3-levels of MSW (yes you can buy them as a 3-sessions!) telling me the universe rewarded her with unexpected money and a new client 🙌🏼🔥❤️🔥 "just like you said Farah" she told me.🥹 OF COZ
I come home to my partner, call my dad in Bangkok! Talking about his and my upcoming business & travel. (BARCELONA babyyy 🇪🇸)
My son gets home, I work a little. I have some projects cooking with some AMAAAZING women like holy cow 🥵I can’t wait to share!!!
Then make dinner — and we listen to music. After dinner we have a dance party in the kitchen. He is 13 and loves all my music. THE BEST! 💃🏽🕺
And now to this post. I had to share now because this wonderful life is sooooooooooo wonderful and keeps getting better & better.
But before it did, far far before I was just a girl and her delulu dreams.
My hair stylist asked me this week as I sat for my weekly blow dry if I dreamed of Paris? I told her no, but I dreamed of France…
For some reason, and my mum learnt French as a second language. She told me it must be transferred to me haha idk but could be true?! 🤯 haha
Things are never what they seem. We know so little. I know there is no cost to be so delulu you brainwash yourself into making crazy big moves…
No waiting. The perfect time won’t come. So do the thing now.

I live with body dysmorphia.
I have voices that I combat daily that are judgemental about my body and image.
And the way I’ve quitened them to a whisper is my devotion to radical self love and self acceptance the methods I teach in Movement Styling™ workshops.

I almost lost my Paris life… then I had a five-figure week. 🤑💎
At the end of 2025, I was looking at my numbers. And the truth was painful…From 2023 to 2025, the results were abysmal.
On paper we were "doing everything right"
My brand was strong.
Spiritual alignment felt deeper than ever.
My network was full of incredible powerhouse women.
I had an amazing team & we were creating beautiful things.
But financially? My out going was FAR exceeding my incoming 👀 The results were not reflecting the world I had built.
My savings had taken a massive hit, to the point where we were in danger of losing our Parisian apartment. The home we adored.
The life we had fought so hard to build was in danger of disappearing.
We were talking about uprooting the children. Changing schools. Leaving friends. Moving to the country. Not knowing what was waiting for us…💔
We had to take drastic measures because it felt like we had no choice.
The night I found out, my partner and I went for a walk to talk through our options. Somehow, we ended up at the bottom of the Eiffel Tower, and something inside me woke up. ⚡️
I remember looking up at this monumental Icon of Paris thinking “No way. This is my city.”
I did not come this far, survive this much, and built this life just to collapse here. I refused to save myself through panic this time.
I had done that before, many many times. I knew I was a warrior, but now it was time to activate a different frequency, my Queen.
The last time I made multiple five figure months, was 2022 I was working from morning until night. Stressed, clenched, operating like a robot.
Barely present for my family, sacrificing dinner and bedtime with my boys.
Barely available for my partner, not available for myself.
On the outside, it looked like I was killing it. Closing sales, celebrating numbers, but on the inside, my body was paying the price.
This time, I chose differently. I had learned what I needed as a woman, respecting that...I chose spaciousness, pleasure, my zone of genius, to pour into myself daily, come back to my body, live from softness and openness.
To not to go into push-mode. I let go of what no longer felt alive.
