Some Days, You Just Can’t.
Some days you can push.
Some days you need to stop, disconnect, and recharge.
Listen to your body. Take your time.
When you have the energy again, you can run.
But don’t give up.
Don’t completely stop.
A little step is still progress. 🤍

Sometimes we only have 30 minutes.
But honestly, that’s enough.
For me, working out isn’t just about training my body. It changes my energy, my posture, my confidence — even my voice.
Sometimes 30 minutes is all I need to come back to myself.
I walk out standing taller, feeling stronger and trusting myself a little more.
Keep practicing and keep moving. 💪
I really hope my videos help you grow.
Sometimes, communicating better isn't about finding more words.
It's about slowing down.
When you give your words space, you give people more space to connect with you.
People remember how you make them feel.
Communication Secret #5: Slow Down & Connect.
A lot of people think they need more impressive vocabulary to communicate well.
Especially when learning another language, we can spend too much time searching for the perfect word — and end up hesitating instead of expressing ourselves.
But sometimes the simplest words are exactly the right ones.
Use the words you have. Just talk.
And remember: communication isn’t only about vocabulary. Your voice, posture, body language and eye contact are part of the message too.
Keep practicing, and subscribe for more videos. I really hope they help you grow.
Your Body Speaks
A lot of people don’t realize that we communicate before we even speak.
Our eyes, posture, body, and the way we walk are already expressing something.
Getting stronger has changed the way I carry myself. With my shoulders back and my chest proud, I feel more confident and comfortable — especially when I travel.
Before I say a single word, my body is already communicating confidence.
For me, communication isn’t just about speaking. It starts with the way you show up.
I Learned Thai in Paris 🇹🇭🇫🇷
Sometimes the best language lessons happen when you’re not planning to have a lesson at all. 😄
I was in a Chinese-French sandwich shop in Paris with my French friend when I started talking to the guy working there.
He has Thai and Chinese family roots and speaks several languages, so naturally I became curious.
I asked him how to say “How are you?” in Thai.
He taught me:
สบายดีไหมคะ? — Sabai di mai kha?
I repeated it immediately, and then my friend and I practiced it together right there in the shop. 😂
This is why I believe real conversations are such an important part of language learning.
You listen.
You repeat.
You speak.
You connect.
💬 What language would you love to learn through a real conversation?
How to Say More with Fewer Words
Do you think talking more makes you a better communicator?
Not necessarily.
Sometimes, five clear and powerful words can communicate more than twenty unnecessary ones.
It’s not about how much you say.
It’s about the quality of your words.
Talk less. Communicate better.

Communication Secret #4: Don’t Speak Without Expression
Same words. Completely different feeling.
Your communication is not only in your voice. Your eyes, face, articulation, and body language are speaking too.
Communication is expression.
How to Express Your Feelings: Don’t Keep Them to Yourself
When something doesn’t feel right, don’t keep those feelings to yourself.
Talking to someone you trust can help you see things from a different perspective, open up new possibilities, and find a solution.
Expressing how you feel is an important part of communication. Sometimes, opening your heart is where change begins.
