I know that’s hard to hear when every thought seems to point back to the relationship.
“Do I love him enough?”
“What if I’m missing something?”
“What if everyone else can see something I can’t?”
It makes complete sense that you keep coming back to him.
Because that’s where the questions seem to be pointing.
But after working with women navigating relationship doubt...
I’ve noticed something fascinating.
Two women can have the exact same thought.
“What if he’s not the one?”
..and yet that thought is pointing to something completely different in each of them.
One immediately starts researching.
Reading.
Listening to podcasts.
Trying to understand what she’s feeling.
Another starts checking.
Her emotions.
The relationship.
Whether she still feels connected.
Whether she’s ignored something important.
Same thought.
Completely different response.
And I don’t think that’s random.
I think the way you respond to the doubt tells us far more than the doubt itself.
For a long time, I thought relationship doubt was the pattern.
I had felt so anxious, feeling like the doubt was trying to tell me something was wrong.
Now I believe it’s simply the place where the pattern reveals itself.
Because the doubt is not the problem.
It’s the messenger, pointing towards something much deeper.
Because when you finally understand the pattern your doubt has been pointing towards all along...
The questions stop feeling so random.
They stop feeling like proof that something is wrong.
And they start making sense.
That’s exactly why I rebuilt ROOTPRINT.
Not to tell you who you are. Not to tell you if your relationship is “right” or “wrong.” But to reveal the deeper pattern your doubt has been trying to show you all along.
Comment ROOTPRINT and I’ll send it to you 🤍

Which one lands most in your body?
One of the my big missions here, is to shift the narrative around doubt inside relationships and commitment.
The initial response and narrative we hear is: “If you’re having doubts, that means something is wrong.”
But what if there is more to it than that?
What if it goes deeper? What if the doubt is only the messenger and is actually trying to show you something?
What if it doesn’t mean your relationship is doomed? What if it’s asking you to walk straight into it instead of wishing the doubt away, to see what clarity is revealed on the other side?
If you’ve been experiencing this doubt, and the dominant narratives are feeding your doubt even further, and you don’t know where to even begin to shift this…
Here are a few places I’ve created for you to begin:
Rootprint ~
Start by uncovering what is driving your relationship doubt… your ‘Rootprint.’ If you’re feeling pulled down by it and can’t figure out Why you’re doubting (is it him? Is it you? Is it the relationship?), start here.
🧠Comment ROOTPRINT to take the quiz.
Certain ~
What you want most is to feel Certain about this relationship and this person. To know that he is in fact ‘the one,’ cause then you can finally stop questioning and relax. This 60-minute workshop breaks down why certainty feels impossible to reach & how to no longer need it.
🌀Comment CERTAIN for the link.
Tending the Twinge ~
You want to know how to stop question. How to ease the constant and exhausting checking and analzying loop. Tending is the pathway I’ve created to show you in real time how to shift out of the doubt spiral.
🤍Comment TENDING and I’ll send you the link.
In the name of shaking things off, removing the weight of expectations, and giving permission to do things on your terms 💗🧠
This is definitely more of a personal share…
But this is one of those moments where something unrelated taught me something that I needed elsewhere.
A reminder of how everything is connected.
And how we respond when things arise.
How our default mode in one place is usually also the same in another area…
The pressure to fix.
The pressure to figure it out.
The pressure to get it right.
As someone who wants to find solutions and “fix things,” navigating endometriosis has felt like a test in patience and letting go… of what I can versus what I cannot control… and what is out there versus what isn’t available.
The anger. The grief. The pain. The deep sorrow.
One of the biggest things I realized I can control is the pressure I place on myself. How strict I am being with myself in these moments. How much onus I am putting on myself and making it my responsibility.
I am not sharing this because I have all the answers and I am fully healed.
But, this huge realization, which I shared here, really feels like a pattern that I can point point in so many areas of my life…
Which is something I am proud of because it is the fire to ‘figure it out’ within my that motivates me and moves things forward in my life…
But it also becomes the combustion room… that can create pressure… sometimes too much pressure.
And in moving out of “I need to fix this” pressure and into “how can I hold myself through this moment” is a huge shift.
In releasing some of this pressure, that just makes what we are already carrying, heavier than it has to be.
Maybe you are navigating endo as well and something resonated with you here.
Maybe you aren’t but you can relate to this pressure somewhere else in your life.
If you feel like sharing anything, I’m here to hold that space. You aren’t moving through any of it alone 🤍
It’s one of the most common messages I receive.
“He’s wonderful... but I can’t stop doubting. I just need to know... is he the one?”
And I completely understand why she’s asking.
She wants the noise in her head to stop.
She wants to know whether she’s simply overthinking... or whether something is actually wrong with the relationship.
She wants someone to tell her, “Yes. This is it.”
Because it feels like if she could just get one clear answer...
everything else would finally quiet down.
She could relax.
Lean into the relationship.
Stop questioning.
Move forward.
But here’s the thing...
I don’t answer that question.
Not because I don’t care.
Because I don’t think it’s the question that’s actually keeping her stuck.
The moment we start trying to answer, “Is he the one?”
we stay exactly where the doubt already lives.
In the mind.
Comparing.
Analyzing.
Checking feelings.
Trying to rate the connection.
Looking for enough evidence to finally feel safe.
But this isn’t happening because you have a knowledge problem.
You don’t need to know more about yourself.
Or your relationship.
Or your compatibility.
You need to understand why this question feels so important in the first place.
Because that’s where the shift actually begins.
I don’t help you answer whether he’s “the one.”
I help you understand why your nervous system has attached so much pressure to needing that answer.
Because when that pressure begins to soften...
something else happens too.
The questions stop feeling like emergencies.
The checking slows down.
The relationship finally becomes something you can experience...
instead of something you’re constantly trying to figure out.
That’s why my work looks different.
I don’t start with the relationship.
I start with the pressure you’ve been carrying inside it.
Because once that changes...everything else becomes much clearer.

One of the biggest shifts my clients experience isn’t that the questions disappear overnight.
It’s that they stop feeling like they have to answer every single one.
The pressure to figure it out.
The pressure to decide.
The pressure to make the “perfect” choice before you’re allowed to relax & move forward with their relationship.
That’s what begins to lift.
Because when every thought no longer feels like it holds the weight of your future...
the scanning starts to lose its grip too.
If you’re ready to understand why this cycle keeps happening, and finally take the pressure off your shoulders, comment CERTAIN and I’ll send you the workshop.

Off Campus has been living rent free in a lot of heads lately.
And if you’ve been watching it and suddenly finding yourself questioning your relationship a little more than usual…
That makes complete sense.
Because there is something about watching two people where you just know. No doubt. No questioning. Just completely, undeniably in it.
And it’s hard not to wonder: “is that how I feel? Is our love like that?”
But here’s what I actually see happening in that moment:
It’s not that the show is making you doubt. And it doesn’t mean your relationship is wrong or that something is missing…
It’s that it’s feeding a cycle that was already running long before you pressed play.
A cycle that has nothing to do with him, and everything to do with the way your mind has learned to search for certainty in love.
And that changes everything about how you get out of it.
What did watching this show (or shows like it) bring up for you? What shifts when you hear that this doesn’t immediately mean your relationship is ‘wrong?’
