Good times in Niue 🇳🇺 - a country that I didn’t know existed till we sailed there with Wallis ⛵️

Weather gods were kind to us as we had a 5 day smooth sail from Cook Islands to Niue 🙏

Niue maybe one of the smallest country in the world, with only 1,600 habitants but it has so much to offer. Crazy landscapes with chasms, blowholes, stunning corals, sea snakes (no photos) , mysterious swims in caves to reach swimming pools with the clearest fresh water (natural spa!) etc etc . The best part was to enjoy it with sailor friends - remember the Lithuanian family and American- Japanese couple 😃

We also got to discover the local culture and learn more about this country with Feti and Hina who literally adopted us! They invited us to meals at their place and showered us with soooo many gifts 🥹

I still can’t believe I got to visit this little Coraline limestone rock in the middle of the vast Pacific Ocean got to experience its people and culture... Still processing all this !

Our Polynesian farewell.. 🥹

Half of 2026 is gone and for us it’s feels like a new start. The closing of a chapter so close to our heart. Our time in Polynesia is coming to an end and soon we will be sailing away westwards

The last few weeks have been full of sad goodbyes and heartwarming farewell parties thrown by our friends in islands scattered all over the Pacific Ocean. So we’ve been sailing from one farewell party to another 😁

I will spare you all the hundreds of photos I have on my phone- that I keep looking at again and again. Needless to say I’ve been an emotional wreck!

5 years back we found our beloved boat Wallis here and since then we have had so many adventures ( highs and lows) , we have met so many amazing people and animals and been lucky to discover this paradise, its culture, its people and all of its unique wildlife and colours. Polynesia has always felt like home for Seb and me and it will always stay that way in our hearts 💕 part of us is definitely Polynesian!

For me personally, the last 5 years have nourished my soul and given me a sense of freedom and peace beyond my imagination. I found my connection with the ocean here and had so much of growth and expansion in so many aspects of my life!

Maururu a tous les amis! We are going to miss you all so much.. but the time has come for us to sail on. We will carry on all the gifts and love you showered upon us and for those who helped us rebuild our boat - we will always be grateful 🙏

I have no idea when we will be back - but I’m sure it will be someday

Happy international Yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ Day to all who practice!

And if you don’t.. you can start today 😁

When I was a kid, yoga was still very “Indian” and in my lifetime it has become a global practice- something that goes beyond languages and cultures. Today we even have an international day to honour this powerful practice that has touched so many lives..

There are more and more people trying out yoga everyday- yet few live the yogic way. I hope that in the rest of my lifetime I will be able to witness the true manifestation of yoga in everyday life

❤️Where we respect our planet and the creatures that share this home with us

❤️Where we can recognise our patterns and break free from them - let go of all those negative emotions!

❤️Where we all live blissful lives, realizing that each day is a blessing and that life itself is a miracle

Till that day arrives, gotta keep practicing and sharing the gift of yoga🙏

Life is sweeter when shared with good friends.
Though we meet incredible people in our sailboat life, we definitely miss our “land” friends 😁

So happy to have had our friends from Nice onboard and Wallis feels so quiet now that they have left 😢 Come back Mathieu & Cassine! Our friendship reached another level as we lived together on our lil sailboat , shared ocean adventures, discovered hidden Spanish guitar talent and tasty bok choy aubergine Chinese soup meals..

Zen Sailors join the local CrossFit Community 🤪

Since our boat works were gonna take longer than expected, we had to settle in to life on land for a few months. So guess what- we signed up for the local CrossFit Classes 5 days a week 🤯

For a decade, my CrossFit crazy friends have been trying to convince me to join them. I managed to resist 😎 Being in a sweaty indoor studio with loud Metallica music playing and dudes pumping iron is not my thing!! I prefer outdoor activities in nature - like hiking , swimming, running , kiting and outdoor yoga!

Also I believe that this high intensity workout is not what I need - don’t want to fuel that pitta 🔥 in me🥴
And Seb - well he just doesn’t even consider this kind of activity 😂

I was totally surprised when he floated the idea of joining the classes - his reason - the locals there seem cool! I had to say yes. And it turned out to be the best decision ever. For the community!

From the first day on , people were so kind and welcoming to us. And since then we look forward to the classes to meet our new friends. Muscles 💪🏾 are just a great consequence… (I’m still not a fan of those high intensity drills!)

Nov- Dec we were supposed to be sailing ⛵️ to the marquesas islands and here we are building muscles in Raiatea! It’s joyful to see that the present moment is bringing us new friends and experiences even though it was totally not planned. This is life and it’s awesome 😊

200 km cycling 🚴‍♀️ to discover Japanese countryside

How the hell did we get here in the middle of our sailing season??? 🤪

Our boat needs repairs.
Repair works will start only mid November.
The sister is performing in Awaji, Japan.
Some inspiring people we met over the years introduced us to the idea of travelling with cycles (you know who you are 😉)
Et voila !

So here we are - cycling for a week around Awaji Island - its coastal roads, onion and rice fields, its cute cafes and hidden shrines.

Freedom and Gratitude 🙏

Even though our butts were sore by the end of it - it could be the next best thing to sailing.
