🇬🇧 Originally from London, I was raised by disciples of the Indian Guru Sri Chinmoy which from a young age gave me a thirst for spirituality without any dogma. Playful, passionate and vastly experienced, I am an eternal student who is constantly seeking to grow as a light worker. This has led me to study with some of the most influential teachers of our times and base myself in India for 3 years

This week we said goodbye to my Dad.

He lived on his terms, and he left on his terms too — a complete paradox of a man. A market trader full of life and laughter, whose stall was never “work” but always his hobby, his joy, his stage. So many people will remember the compassion, warmth, humour, and energy he brought to every day. He had such a special way of touching peoples hearts, for within it all his light was so pure.

Dad was deeply devoted to his guru, Sri Chinmoy, in ways that went far beyond what most could understand. That devotion that shaped his life in quiet, powerful ways.

They truly don’t make humans like him anymore. It feels like the end of an era in so many ways.

Rest now, Dad. Be in the peace you always sought and so deeply deserve. 🤍

March is such a powerful motion, let alone month. And as we close out this years one, I just wanted to pop up here because I’ve been quite quiet online. But hey, there really is enough white noise 😆. Since my back injury last November life has been more challenged, but I do also know that most of the issues aside from physical pain have been my own ego that really identifies to the freedoms found from movement. It’s been a hard one to submit to, but how lucky I am to have such problems when there are so much human suffering going on the world right now. The injustices are a lot harder to swallow.
Sending love to all those marching for a better world today and living in countries or situations where there really isn’t much choice right now.
Here are few happy pics from the past month, because sharing real joy is old skol love.

A little bit of life lately…

1- My winter has revolved around naps. Sometimes even in hats.
2- SooOOoOo bored with rain.
3- Creative kicks to keep that kid alive.
4- Rare occasion not in leggings or joggers.
5- Stuck in the mud. Very grateful to the students who came to my cars rescue.
6- My first ever blooming orchid. I’m sure it’s because I put good thoughts here.
7- Much Friendship love.
8- Studio is feeling so pretty with all the fairy lights.

There has been so much rain 😂 what to do!

I’ll be honest… as a yoga teacher, I don’t always follow my own advice.
This month I pushed way too hard—teaching 20 + classes a week, running a studio, retreats, being a single parent… and then being told I had to move out of my home by Christmas… packing mode went Boom 💥

My body went straight into fight mode and I just kept going.
I didn’t slow down.
I didn’t listen.

And eventually my back made the choice for me.
Two bulging discs later… I finally got the message the universe had been whispering: stop. listen. soften.

People rarely talk about getting injured within the wellness world—because we’re often busy promoting the light. But the truth is, this has cracked me open in real, uncomfortable, but necessary ways.

I’m still teaching, but on a limited schedule, and I’m cueing everything without demos.
It’s given me the chance to really WATCH my students—to support them, protect them, and guide them so they don’t move in ways that could harm their own bodies. It’s deepening my teaching more than I ever expected.

This experience is forcing me to look at how I live, how I push, and how I care for myself.
It’s giving me a whole new level of compassion for anyone who walks into class with pain in their body.

So now… I’m listening.
Really listening.

My body asked for rest.
This time, I’m giving it. 💛🧘‍♀️✨

Rocket Beats Teacher Training — completed! 🚀✨

What an incredible 5 days filled with laughter, sweat, learning, and connection with some of the most genuine, hardworking yogis out there. Huge thank you to for such an inspiring experience!

I was definitely pushed beyond my comfort zone physically, and the yoga geek in me absolutely loved diving deep into the anatomy and mechanics of the practice.

I’m still buzzing from it all and can’t wait to bring these new skills, insights, and drills back to Somerset. Let’s see what you make of them! 💪🧘‍♀️
