UTMB 2025 will always be incredibly special to me.
After two DNFs, coming back and finally putting together the race I knew I was capable of made crossing that finish line mean so much more. The setbacks, the lessons and the difficult days were all part of getting there.
To everyone standing on that start line this year — good luck. Give it everything. Embrace the highs, fight through the lows and don’t waste a second of the opportunity. You never know when it might be your day.
There’s nowhere quite like Chamonix during UTMB week.
Enjoy every moment. ❤️

UTMB is one of those races that will always be incredibly special to me.
Chamonix, the mountains, the crowds and the energy throughout race week make it unlike anything else in our sport. I have so many amazing memories from being part of it.
Unfortunately, I won’t be on the start line this year. It’s never easy watching a race you love from the sidelines, but sometimes you have to look at the bigger picture.
I’ll still be in Chamonix for race week, soaking it all in, supporting everyone racing and enjoying being part of this incredible event.
Good luck to everyone heading out there to race. I hope to see plenty of you in Chamonix 🇫🇷⛰️

Excited to share that I’ve partnered with 🚲
Running up and down mountains is still very much the main focus, but cycling has always been a big part of my training and increasingly, a big part of life away from racing too.
Whether it’s training, exploring somewhere new, getting out for a bit of headspace or fitting an adventure around family life, being on two wheels gives me something a little different.
Really excited to be working with Canyon and to see where this takes us.
More bikes, more adventures, and still a lot of running!

One final taste of the mountains before the real adventure begins. This course is unlike anything I’ve ever run—rugged, relentless, and ridiculously beautiful. Every mile this week has only made me more excited to take on the full thing next week.
Huge thanks to the great company out on the trails and to TrainingPeaks for helping keep the training on track all the way to the start line. Now it’s time to trust the process and see what race day brings. ⛰️🏃♂️
