Ocean Training Center Lanzarote organize training camps and trainings sessions at our Ocean Training Center Lanzarote.

Price: €790 per person

The Training Camp
One-week stays from Saturday to Saturday in our Center in Playa Blanca. 7 nights (double room with another person) half-board (breakfast and evening meal, all-you-can-eat buffet).
Sea training: 28 hours of swimming spread over 8 sessions.
Pool training: 47m, 3 lane swimming pool with cool water between 17 and 20 degrees. 4 sessions of one hour each.
Gym training: 3 sessions of one hour each
SPA: 1 hour per day (hot water jet pool, whirlpool bath, cold water tank (13-15 degrees), & sauna.
You will swim each day in a different part of the island. ( Playa Blanca, Playa Dorada, Playa Flamingo & Playa La Mulata, Playa Papagayo & Playa Mujeres, Playa del Carmen & Playa Los Pocillos, Playa Quemada, Punta Mujeres )

Other services we will offer you:
Airport- hotel-airport transfers
Personalized training for one or two people.
We accompany you during your swimming sessions.
Boat Rental for your swimming sessions and some boat trips.
Different types of massages in our center
Bike Rental.

Le triathlete Italien Giulio a fini les 20 kms en 5 heures et 14 minutes. Un grand bravo à lui. Giulio sera au départ de l’Enduroman en Septembre 2026.
