Here I am at 55 still doing what I love best! Sincerely it does pay off to look after yourself since we are all here for the long haul, but being in the best health and fitness makes it a much more enjoyable ride! It’s been quite a bit tougher reaching out to the locals, so far they have not found me! All I can say is I’m approachable and friendly but I can be tough when it’s needed but always kind!

Pourquoi les femmes devraient-elles faire de l'entraînement en résistance ?
Parce que les femmes qui soulèvent des poids améliorent leur force musculaire et leur forme corporelle, corrigent les problèmes de posture, augmentent leur métabolisme et la mobilisation de la graisse corporelle, augmentent la densité osseuse... la liste des avantages est longue !

Why should women be doing resistance training?
Because women that lift weights improve their muscle strength and body shape, correct postural issues, increase their metabolism and mobilisation of body fat, increase bone density….the list of benefits goes on and on!
