At first, I was left confused by the simple questions that Captains would ask me about Pilates reformers… 🤔

Until I realised, I’m the expert here.

You may be the Captain of a large superyacht, but you probably don’t know much about this mysterious ‘Pilates reformer machine’ 😅 (it’s called a ‘Pilates reformer’ btw).

That’s my job.

I’m here to guide the Captains I meet as best I can and give well grounded recommendations on which reformers to rent or buy.

I’ve been practising on Pilates reformers for more than 20 years, and teaching elite clientele on reformers for over a decade. I’ve also taught Pilates on the world’s most beautiful yachts, ranging from 20m to 100m+ 🛥️

It’s totally normal that I see things and know things that Captains don’t about having reformers onboard.

For example, I know that buying a foldable reformer will be cheaper and less hassle to stow. But I also know that the guests will be desperately unhappy on it if you buy an Align Pilates F3 Foldable Reformer or a Balanced Body Metro IQ Reformer.

I also have a deep network of reformer suppliers who I know and trust to give my clients the best service, from delivery to installation and after sales service 🔧

I thought I’d introduce myself ahead of our 2026 summer season.

So it’s important you get to know me, my values and my incredible business which serves clients from Monaco to Saint-Tropez.

I don’t have hundreds of clients. And I can’t stand group reformer classes.😅

Instead, I have a few very high profile clients who we work with closely to deliver a premium Pilates service over the season including:

I still can’t believe it but this will be our 12th year teaching Pilates on the French Riviera!

When one looks at Instagram today, you’d think I’m just like everyone else… hopping on the global Pilates trend 📈

But that’s not the case.

I opened the FIRST Pilates studio in the old town Antibes after working as yacht crew for 3-years. Since then, I’ve personally taught more than 10,000+ hours and over 1,300 elite clientele on yachts, at villas and in my Antibes studio.

Today — I am based in Sweden with my husband and our beautiful children. I run my business remotely alongside my amazing administrative and teaching team 🌍

Our focus is not on delivering Pilates that looks good; but Pilates that FEELS good for the mind, the body and the soul 💖

My team this season is made up of 15 incredible experts in the field of Pilates, yoga and massage — some who’ve travelled to the Riviera just to work with me and my high profile clients 😊

Our interview process this year was 4-5 months long, where I made 100% sure that my clients get the quality of teaching and service they deserve!

🙋🏽‍♀️ We are looking for 3-4 highly qualified and professional Pilates, fitness and/or yoga teachers to join our Saint-Tropez teaching team this summer!

📍Kindly note: Our Monaco to Cannes team is complete and in place.

🙏🏾 We are ONLY looking for teachers based in Saint-Tropez (🙅🏽‍♀️Please DO NOT apply if you are not based in or around Saint Tropez)

🙋🏽‍♀️ Please apply ONLY if you fit all the criteria below:

🛥️ Non-negotiable experience working with HNWI & UHNWI and/or luxury hospitality — either within yachting or private households.

🤫 We want teachers who are discrete, boundaried, compassionate and professional with strong written references from previous studios and current clients.

✅ You must be highly qualified and hold a reputable, internationally-recognised Pilates teaching certification with a minimum of 2-years full time teaching experience

✅ You must have the ability to teach with absolute confidence on the mat and reformer in English

✅ You must be legal to work and earn an income in France

🇫🇷 French residents MUST hold their CQP to teach Pilates in France

✅ Candidates must have their own accommodation, transport and professional liability insurance

❌ No criminal history whatsoever (we do background and reference checks on all our teachers)
