Milton Trager a développé les Mentastics®, mouvements effectués en conscience, avec un objectif particulier: la recherche de sensations positives qui vont apaiser le corps et le mental.
Les Mentastics sont enseignés par les praticiens Trager et permettent de prendre soin de soi au quotidien en toute autonomie et en douceur!

Trager Somatic Tablework/Massage

Your comfort in mind and body (your soma) is my focus.

I am a certified Trager ® Somatic Practitioner. I am actively engaged in a professional development training program in Switzerland and working with a mentor, Roger Tolle, who teaches the system internationally.

The session employs light touch and lulling wave-like motions to nurture a quieter mind, experience freer movement and easier breathing. This reduces stress and evokes oxytocin, the hormone of hope and inner harmony.

My holistic approach to life includes mindfulness, parkour urban exercise and gratitude to be able to dance in the light.

Thanks to my parents I'm comfortable in both
English and French.

I serve both in person and online. I have a massage table of my own and can come to you.

You are invited to experience what many find a distinctive and rewarding somatic session.

Suggestions for individual practice after the session are an option.
