London will always have a special place in my heart.
Out of all the places I’ve lived, this is the city that shaped me the most.
I arrived as a young adult, full of dreams and uncertainty. London taught me what it feels like to belong. Somehow, in a city where almost everyone comes from somewhere else, I never felt like an outsider.
It taught me that ambition doesn’t have a ceiling. That if you’re surrounded by people who inspire you, almost anything feels possible.
It’s been three years since I moved to Provence, but every summer my son and I return. It’s become our tradition.
This trip, one of the most meaningful moments wasn’t at a famous landmark. It was stopping by the little corner shop on our old street.
When Alexander was little, the owner would greet us every morning on our walk to nursery and always had a banana waiting for him. Years later, we stood there chatting, remembering those mornings together. It reminded me that home isn’t only a place. It’s the people who remember your story.
Seeing old friends, watching their children grow, sharing meals and laughter… these are the moments that stay with me long after the trip is over.
Of course, London still inspires me. The breathtaking production of My Neighbour Totoro in the West End. The powerful Frida Kahlo exhibition at Tate Modern. A city that continues to challenge, move and inspire me every time I visit.
But the greatest lesson I hope to pass on to my son isn’t about museums or theatres.
It’s this:
The best investment you can make in life is in people.
No matter where life takes you, nurture your friendships. Keep coming back to the people who knew you before you became who you are today. They are part of your story.
Thank you, London, for another unforgettable visit.
You’ll always be one of my greatest teachers.

“Sometimes the most meaningful journeys begin with a single walk.”
A few months ago, I met Michelle on one of our Walking Mentorship programmes.
As we walked, we talked about life, transitions, and my vision of creating transformational experiences in Provence—journeys where travel becomes more than sightseeing, where it becomes a catalyst for connection, reflection and lasting change.
A few months later, Michelle called me with a challenge that immediately captured my imagination.
“Would you create a bespoke retreat for my mom and me?”
I’ll admit, my first reaction was hesitation. It felt like a huge responsibility. Could I create an experience that would become a treasured memory for both of them?
I said yes.
And I’m so grateful that I did.
What made this experience especially meaningful was witnessing a mother and daughter choose to invest in time together.
We often travel with our parents when we’re young, but rarely make space to travel with them as adults. Yet those shared experiences can become some of the most precious memories we create.
It was an honour to design a journey that gave them that time together.
Today, I’m excited to share the first chapter of their story.
After returning home, Michelle joined me on The Creative Healing podcast to reflect on the experience—what inspired them to come, what surprised them along the way, and why this journey became so much more than a holiday.
One sentence from our conversation has stayed with me:
“It wasn’t just a bucket-list trip for my mom. It was the beginning of a deeper, more grounded relationship between us.”
That, to me, is the true power of intentional travel. Not just discovering new places, but creating the space to reconnect—with ourselves and with the people we love.
🎙️ The episode is now live. If you’ve ever wondered how travel can become a catalyst for deeper connection and transformation, I’d love for you to listen.

There are evenings that stay with you long after the last note has faded.
Our second Soirée Musicale was one of them.
Every chair was filled. Children played under the trees while the sun slowly set, familiar faces returned, and new ones joined us for an evening of music with the wonderful Elena Kiseleva.
At times like these, when it can feel scary to read the news, I believe it’s more important than ever to come together, slow down, and remember the beauty that still exists around us.
One guest described the evening as:
“An evening suspended in time, somewhere between real life and cinema.”
I honestly couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful compliment.
Seeing every chair filled for our second concert filled me with gratitude.
These evenings don’t happen on their own. They are created by people who believe in bringing others together.
Thank you, .back for opening the doors of your beautiful home, welcoming us so generously, creating such a magical atmosphere, spoiling everyone with delicious apéro, wonderful wines and exclusive jewellery.
And thank you to the incredible Elena Kiseleva , whose artistry, sensitivity and friendship make every concert such a joy to create together.
It truly takes a team to create a little magic.
Thank you to everyone who came, listened, and became part of this special evening.
I already can’t wait for the next one. 🤍

It’s 1st of July, and today I finally had a moment to pause and look back at June.
Without a doubt, it has been the busiest month of the year. Even for someone like me, it felt intense.
Six months ago, I wasn’t entirely sure which direction my business was taking. Today, I looked at my calendar and realised it had been filled with work that I genuinely love.
June brought the launch of my concert series, two Yoga & Cello sessions, a week-long bespoke retreat for a wonderful mother and daughter, two Discover Your Voice workshops for inspiring women leaders, individual Walking Mentorship sessions, a pilgrimage to Sainte-Baume, Fête de la Musique, and ending the school year celebrating in the lavender fields.
Looking back, I realise it wasn’t just a busy month. It was a month of connection, celebration, music, nature, meaningful conversations, and walking alongside incredible people.
And yes… I am exhausted.
But it’s the kind of exhaustion that comes from living in alignment with your purpose and doing work that fills your heart.
Sometimes we spend so much time hoping for the life we dream of that we forget to stop and notice when we’re actually living it.
Over the next few weeks, I’d love to take you behind each of these experiences and share the stories that made June so unforgettable.
Thank you for being here and for being part of this journey. 🤍

Sunday evening. Golden light. My son reading beside me.
I opened my journal and didn’t know what I was going to write. I just created space for whatever needed to come out.
The night before I had given my first concert in the beautiful garden. My phone was full of messages from people who had been there.
And sitting there quietly, I had the strangest feeling — I dreamt this. And now it is my life.
I picked up my pen and wrote: I am grateful.
What followed was pages. For this land. For friendships that have lasted decades and turned into creative partnerships. For music. For my body. For my voice. For the ability to connect with people and feel it ripple outward.
Gratitude used to be a practice I tried to maintain. Now it is simply what keeps me afloat.
I believe this completely — it is only by being grateful for what we already have that we become capable of receiving more.
Pause today. Notice: what is already beautiful in your life right now? 🤍

On Thursday evening, a hidden garden north of Aix becomes the setting for the first of our Soirées Musicales d’Été.
And for this one, I’m joined by an extraordinary pianist and one of my closest musical friends — Elena Kiseleva. We’ve been playing together for over 15 years, performing across the UK, and I couldn’t think of a more beautiful place to join forces again than here, in Provence.
The programme? Saint-Saëns, Rachmaninov, Piazzolla, Gershwin — and a few surprises I won’t reveal just yet.
Add to that a golden hour over the Sainte-Victoire, a glass of rosé, an exposition of beautiful jewellery by Miss Back, and the warmth of a perfect Provençal summer evening.
35 places. A few still available.
This is not one to miss. 🌿🎻

I just returned from five days following the trail of Mary Magdalene.
You don’t need to be religious for her story to find you. What drew me was something much more human — she was a woman who carried both light and shadow, devotion and desire, and whose voice was heard, then deliberately silenced. Most women I know understand that feeling.
I began on Mount Bugarach. I climbed to the top and screamed. There are things you carry in your body that need to be released. I left some of them on that mountain.
At Montségur I stood in silence with the memory of people who were killed for refusing to abandon what they believed. I thought about devotion. About what it costs to stay true to yourself in a world that keeps asking you to be smaller.
I sat in the Throne of Isis and let myself remember that feminine power is not something to apologise for. Then I baptised myself in the Lover’s Pool — freezing water, rose petals, something that felt like washing away the past and celebrating a new beginning.
The pilgrimage closed in a cave at Gorges du Galamus which is a mirror of Magdalene’s grotto in St Baume. I sat inside it for a long time and listened to the silence that contains all of the sounds.
Before I can guide another woman into these landscapes, I need to walk these paths for myself.
But there’s always a soul sister that brings you on the path. Thank you for walking beside me through every climb, every silence, every revelation.
This pilgrimage is slowly becoming part of my work.
And soon, we will be inviting other women to walk these paths with me.
Watch this space. 🤍
