We are thrilled to announce the upcoming Chovan Sponsored Snooker Tournament! Get ready for some top-notch action:

🏆 A Grade Games will take place at the Merchants Club, Suva.
🏅 B Grade Tournament will be hosted by the Nausori Club, Nausori. Excitingly, the Nausori Club is assembling a brand new snooker table that will be ready just in time for the B Grade Nationals!

As you all know, there are only two commercial clubs in the Central Division, but we also have the Tigers Club, known as the Academy of Snooker Enthusiasts. Snooker is once again on a high in the Central Division, with some very exciting newcomers set to showcase their talents across both grades.

Focus on Your Stance

Maintaining a proper stance is crucial for accuracy and consistency in snooker. Ensure your feet are shoulder-width apart, with your body balanced and stable. Your back foot should be in line with the shot, and your front foot slightly forward. Keep your body relaxed but firm, allowing for a smooth and controlled cue action. A solid stance will improve your control over the cue ball and your overall game.

🎱👔 Dress Code Reminder for BSAF Events! 👔🎱

Dear Players and Participants,

As we strive to maintain a standard of professionalism and respect at all Billiards and Snooker Association of Fiji (BSAF) events, we kindly remind everyone of the dress code guidelines to be observed:

Dressing shoes with Dress pants or Sulu with sandals are acceptable attire.
Full sleeve shirts must be worn and properly tucked in at all times.
Waistcoat and bow tie are optional but encouraged for a polished look.
For a visual guide on appropriate attire, please refer to the picture attached to this post.
