CHANGE OF VENUE AND TIME – TENNIS FIJI ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given to all affiliate districts clubs and members that, the venue and meeting time for
the Tennis Fiji Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled to be held at the Regional Tennis Centre,
Lautoka at 3:00pm, have changed.

The AGM will now be held as follows:

Date: Saturday, 15th August 2026

Time: 11:00am

Venue: Nadi Sports & Social Club, Navakai Road, Nadi

All members are kindly requested to note this change and to make the necessary arrangements to
attend at the new venue and time.

We apologise for any inconvenience this change may cause and look forward to your participation at
the AGM.
