A huge thank you to Nadali Rugby Club for an intense and physical contest. Congratulations on the win. It was a game that went right down to the final play, and credit to your team for finishing strong when it mattered most.

To our players, supporters, and sponsors—thank you for standing behind us. We are proud of the heart, commitment, and fight our boys showed throughout the 80 minutes. We accept today’s result and will come back stronger.

Tailevu Rugby Football Union we are disappointed with several officiating decisions during the match. In particular, a clear try that was not awarded and a number of other questionable calls had a significant impact on the game.

We respectfully call on the Tailevu Games Committee to review today’s officiating and work towards greater consistency and fairness for every club. Every team deserves quality officiating, especially after the increase in club fees this season. Clubs invest significant time, money, and effort into this competition, and we believe those investments should be matched by competent and accountable match officials.

We raise these concerns not to take away from Nadali’s victory, but because we want to see the competition improve for the benefit of all teams.
