What a great week. The workouts weren't easy, but everyone paced themselves and pushed through to the finish. Totoka!
The moody darkness of Vieuto is actually a great test. When coach can't really see you ๐ and so many of you are still pushing through, that's proof that you're here for you - not because someone is watching you!
Remember, coming back to exercise - or starting from scratch can be tough. Muscles ache, brain tells you to stop, but with smart recovery, hydration and stretching you're letting your body know it can do what you ask of it and with consistency get stronger, leaner and fitter!

Miller Method Bootcamp. We're back! And we mean business! The whole gang was in tonight, and happy to strike a pose for Team Photo Tuesday! Still a few faces missing in action, but plenty of time left in this term to join in. And always plenty of room for more Bootcampers.
If you're STILL sitting, scrolling, thinking ... its time for less thinking and more doing! See you this Thursday 5.30pm, Veiuto Primary. Just come along. Feel the fear and do it anyway! We'll look after you! We don't want to break you ๐๐ we want you to come back. You can, and you should. $10. Bring a towel and water and your best effort. Simple.

Can't wait to see everyone that couldn't make last week - whether you're a regular who got caught up with something else, or a new starter still nervous to take that first step - this is your week.
We know some of you are nervous about how much you can do - we get it. We know some of you are fit and strong and want to be challenged. We get that too. We're back! And its feels G-O-O-D!

Proud of our new starters, always chuffed by the commitment of our regulars, and so, so pleased to see some old regulars return for a couple of sessions with us while they're visiting! Still not sure what Miller Method Bootcamp actually is?
The short answer is its a supportive, fully adaptable, twice-weekly workout program that meets you at your current fitness level - whether its beginner or advanced - and works with you session-by-session, week-by-week, term-by-term to improve your strength, resistance and cardio fitness.
Why should you give it a try? Because finding the right workout community and format that suits you, that's something you can see yourself doing long-term is the goal. We know that. We design our weekly workouts to challenge you (bit-by-bit) but not break you - we want you to come back. For you! But you'll never know if you don't give it a go.
We're about real people, real results, real change. And we're back for Term 4 on Thursday 5.30pm at ๐๐๐พ ๐๐ฉ๐๐๐๐ช๐ข ๐พ๐ค๐ฃ๐๐ค๐ช๐ง๐จ๐. If you've been thinking, wondering, "one-daying" ... this Thursday has your name all over it.
