*try to avoid processed foods instead eating local home cooked food is a better choice .
*eating in portions , technically everyone should know their daily maintenance calories , however if you eat in small portions and balanced meal chances of NCD and obesity can be reduced .

Hi its me ,Rakesh.
I have been given the opportunity from the owners of Duadua fitness to provide fitness advise , trainings and nutrition consultations.

I am extremely passionate about the positive effects that physical activity and healthy lifestyle choices have on our mind and body and i love being able to share that passion.

Change in any form can be scary and really frustrating at times , however having someone to guide and support you makes it much easier to endure. I was in similar situations but through professional guidance here in Fiji and Australia i managed to stay fit with sustainable nutrition for the past 2 years of my fitness journey.
