If you are into water sports we have it covered. From windsurfing, kite surfing, wake boarding, water skiing, scuba diving and snorkeling, if it goes splash we do it. We are located on Nananu-I-Ra Island which translated is Fijian for Sunny Island. White sandy beaches at our doorstep make for great beach walks. Our scuba diving sites are located in Bligh Waters and Vatu I Ra Passage, with 300+ spe

cies of coral and 1000+ species of fish in crystal clear Fijian waters. Scuba divers can expect 20m + visibility and water temps ranging from 22 degrees Celsius in the winter months and close to 30 degrees in the summer. Underwater photographers will be blown away with the variety of choice. Bring your wide angle and your macro set ups. We also offer a full range of PADI scuba diving courses and participate in environmental campaigns such as The Great Fiji Shark Count held twice a year. For the wind (Kite and Wing / Windsurf) addicts we have Kite Point only a 10 minute boat ride from the lodge, offering a cross shore wind and safe launching area making it a great place to learn to kite board; or for the more experienced, long runs with boat support are on the cards. On those none windy days we can offer water skiing and wake boarding in flat calm protected waters. We are located on Nanunu I Ra Island – [17.296418S /178.219366E] on the northern end of Vitu Levu, the main island. It’s about

“1 hour”- Fiji time (2 ½ hrs) by road from Nadi airport, followed by a short boat ride from Ellington Wharf to the island. If you are expecting a 5-star hotel service – then this is not for you. Instead you are going to get a very friendly Fiji welcome and a relaxed Aussie / kiwi style holiday. There are several different levels of accommodation from back packer style dorms to beachfront chalets (Bures). Meals are communal and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We cater for all types of water sports, with specialties in scuba, wind surfing & kiteboarding & wingfoiling instruction. If you aren't into those – then you can snorkel, kayak or just chill on the beach or under a palm trees with a good book. Families with children are always welcome! We offer an island holiday shop for all the family. The meals are ample and prepared to a good standard. You have a choice of continental or cooked breakfast or both, as the meals are generally included in the package tariff. After dark around the beach bar somebody is likely to bring out a guitar, and you can guess the rest, especially the sound of the waves on the beach and the trade winds filtering through the coconut palms in the balmy evening. We operates all year round with an average water temperatures of 26°c-28°c (78°f-82°f)

The Sandy Point is the perfect location for beginners to safely learn the basics and then have endless practice riding (or body dragging 😅). Our yellow boat will look after your safety - and progress! - and bring you back upwind for another run.
