It’s been amazing to see the changes in staff engagement over the past three years. At first people didn’t really understand what “wellness” was and would brush the idea. But over the years, participants have begun to create lasting changes for themselves— cutting sugar, exercising more, and having awareness of what is and is not good for their bodies.
