Kids Gymnastics (at our new Gazebo location) with Coach Yonas commences on Saturday July 4. Tuesdays and Saturdays.

Today marked our 5th food drive! 🍲 A massive thank you to Zaynura, who chose to celebrate Eid by giving back to the community, and to our wonderful team who always works hard to put this together❤️. We were blessed to deliver meat and potato stew to 40 people around the Urael area, focusing on the elderly, women, and others in need.

Sweat isn’t dirty! Fresh sweat actually helps flush pores, cool the body, and protect the skin from bacteria.
The problem starts when sweat sits too long. Once it dries, salt, oil, and bacteria build up on the skin, which can lead to irritation and breakouts.
Make sure you rinse after training to avoid that!

Health Tip for Our Heel Queens: Ever notice how switching from high heels to flat sneakers can actually feel uncomfortable? Here is the science behind why that is.
When you wear 2-inch heels 4–5 days a week, your body is forced to completely change its posture to keep you from falling forward. Your body adapts to the positions you put it in- so that shrinks your calf muscle fibers by about 13%.
When you finally put on flat shoes, that shortened calf muscle is suddenly forced to stretch back out. That “tight, pulling” ache isn’t a sign that flats are bad for you, it’s your body crying out for a stretch!
