CLUB FOR COMMUNITY Myself (Shane) and Ben were introduced to each other one faithful night and immediately connected.

This was mainly due to our passion for boxing, mental health, and community. We both were doing 1:1 boxing sessions as well as offering different mental health services in the community. It didn't take long before we thought of the positive impact we could have if we joined forces. Soon after, through many meetings and advice from our community, we came up with the name "Breathe & Box - VLC". We w

We started our community morning being guided through a sound bath session by the wonderful

Para mí, trajo una sensación de paz y relajación que ha faltado. Combinar eso con baños de hielo y sauna fue la mañana perfecta.

For me, it brought a sense of peace and relaxation that has been missing. Combining that then with ice baths and sauna was just the perfect morning.
