🚨 **WE’RE BEGGING FOR YOUR HELP — PLEASE DON’T SCROLL PAST** 🚨

We don’t like begging… but right now, **we genuinely need our community.**
Our shelves empty faster than we can fill them. Every Tuesday and Friday, families walk through our doors needing the basics most of us don’t think twice about — **food, toiletries, nappies and everyday essentials.**
And we simply cannot do it without you. 💔
We are run by **unpaid volunteers**. Nobody takes a wage. Donations go towards keeping this food bank running and putting essential items into the hands of local families who need them.
🥫 A bag of rice helps.
🥔 A bag of potatoes helps.
🥚 A box of eggs helps.
🧻 Toilet rolls help.
🧴 Shampoo or shower gel helps.
🐔 Chicken helps.
🥛 Milk helps.
💶 **Even €1 helps.**
Please never think your donation is “too small.”
**If 100 people gave €1, that’s €100 of food.
If 500 people gave €1, that’s €500.**
Together, small donations become full shopping bags. ❤️
Back-to-school time has made things even harder for many families. Food still has to go on the table while uniforms, shoes, books and school supplies have to be found somehow.
So today, we are asking — **please help us.**
