Sacred Dance Flow
*Recomendada a todas las mujeres de todas las edades que quieren descubrirse, redescubrirse y expresarse a través del movimiento creativo. Dance Flow nace de un profundo deseo de acercar a las mujeres a practicar danzas que liberan el potencial creativo, superando las inhibiciones y que permiten romper con los estereotipos. Ponemos la intención en soltar las ideas que tenemos tan arraigadas sobre nosotras mismas y nuestras expectativas auto-impuestas para permitirnos sentir asombradas y conectadas con nuestras compañeras en las sesiones. Desde el corazón fluimos y des-cubrimos maneras frescas de expresividad. Sacred Dance Flow es una práctica que no se centra en tener espectadores ni coreografías. Nuestra danza es orgánica, auténtica y natural del momento presente. Es un viaje de movimiento sagrado. Sagrado porque partimos del Gran Misterio empapando todo con esta intención. Nos entregamos a lo desconocido donde nos dejamos llevar por las distintos portales de experiencia. Nos llevan a un especie de jardín de maravillas donde el alma puede regresar a su esencia original. Un lugar de inocencia y asombro. Un lugar donde la conciencia se expresa en su forma femenina.

Danza Oriental Holística
La Danza del Vientre Holística para el Cuerpo y el Alma es el método holístico utilizado por Lesya para la instrucción de la Danza del Vientre. Aprendemos la técnica de la Danza Oriental mientras obtenemos una conciencia más profunda conectándonos con nuestra esencia. Las sesiones están diseñadas para alcanzar un estado de relajación, libertad, alegría y bienestar dentro de nosotras mientras aprendemos el delicioso lenguaje de esta danza. El arte de la Danza Oriental, la Danza del Medio Oriente o la Danza del Vientre es un regalo para todas las mujeres desde la antigüedad. Creamos un puente entre Oriente y Occidente mientras bailamos nuestros sentimientos ancestrales. Bailar en co-creación, en receptividad, expresión y conexión con todo lo que significa ser mujer en todas sus distintas fases, hoy y siempre. Her intention is to create dance spaces that help unite women in happy, creative, cathartic and transformative experiences. For her, dance is medicine. Lesya is specialized in Holistic and Creative Belly Dance Dance, Sacred Dance Flow, Sufi Whirling, Mystical Persian Dance, Russian Roma, Dance Ritual and Guided Meditation. Sacred Dance Flow
* Recommended for women of all ages who want to discover and rediscover themselves and express themselves through creative movement. Dance Flow was born from a deep desire to bring women closer together and practice dances that release the creative potential, overcoming inhibitions and the breaking away from stereotypes. As we create the intention to let go of the ingrained ideas that we hold about ourselves and our self-imposed expectations, we can then allow ourselves to feel the magic as we connect with the other women in our group. We flow out from our heartspace and discover fresh ways of expressivitiy. Sacred Dance Flow is a practice that does not focus on having spectators or choreography. Our dance is organic, authentic and natural to the present moment. It is a journey of sacred movement. Sacred because it is born of the Great Mystery and is drenched with this intention. We surrender to the unknown and let ourselves be inspired by the different portals of experience. Each one takes us to a kind of secret garden of wonders where the soul can return to its original essence and explore it with great innocence and wonder. A place where consciousness expresses itself in feminine form.

Holistic Oriental Dance
Holistic Belly Dance for the Body and Soul is the holistic method used by Lesya for the instruction of Belly Dancing. We learn the technique of Oriental Dance while we obtain a deeper awareness and connect with our essence. The sessions are designed to reach a state of relaxation, freedom, joy and well-being within us while learning the beautiful language of this dance. The art of Oriental Dance, Middle Eastern Dance or Belly Dance is a gift for all women from women of ancient times. We create a bridge between the East and West while we dance our ancestral feelings. Dancing in co-creation, in receptivity, expression and connection with everything it means to be a woman in all of her different phases, today and always. Classes in Sitges every Tuesday from 7-8.30pm (Initiation) *we are starting the 5th of October
