Feeling proud to be part of Om & Bass Festival this weekend 💛

After a beautiful Opening Circle, our YogaFit Retreats ~ All-inclusive Wellness Festival Shanti Shala got underway this afternoon with Yin Yoga, drumming and Flow Dance Meditation and it was so lovely to see some of our YogaFit community here supporting the classes too.

There’s so much to celebrate about this festival. Professional signers making classes and workshops accessible to the deaf community, an alcohol-free space, a leave-no-trace ethos where everyone brings their own cup and plate and takes everything home and the festival raises money to help fight human trafficking.

After seeing so many images of the waste left behind at festivals, it feels really good to be part of one doing things differently.

Big up Om & Bass 🙌 Inclusivity, community, purpose and care for the land. This is festival culture we’re proud to be part of. 🌿

Day one at WELLNERGY Festival in Wimbledon and what a beautiful day it’s been.

The YogaFit Retreats ~ All-inclusive Wellness Festival team had so much fun sharing FLOW | DANCE MEDITATION this morning, and we’ll be back again tomorrow.

If you missed today’s session, Lindsay will be on the Nourish Stage at 1pm for another uplifting journey through movement, music and connection.

Today we shared something new with our email community…

Over the years, YogaFit has become so much more than a retreat company.

It has become a community.

A community of people who love movement, wellbeing, adventure, personal growth, meaningful connection, and exploring what it means to live fully.

Along the way we’ve met incredible teachers, facilitators, musicians, space holders and visionaries. Many of them have gone on to create beautiful experiences of their own.

We believe wellbeing is bigger than any one retreat, teacher or event.

The YogaFit Collection is our way of sharing experiences we genuinely believe in, created by people we trust, love, and are proud to call part of our extended family.
