This one is extra special 🤍

Because Sam isn't just one of my clients.

She's my friend and has been for many years.

I've known Sam since primary school, which makes getting to be part of this chapter of her life feel incredibly special.

I've already shared Sam's physical transformation, so I don't want to repeat all of that here.

Because when I look at these photos, that's not what I'm most proud of.

I'm proud of the woman I have watched emerge throughout this journey.

I've watched Sam's confidence grow.

I've watched her become more comfortable in her own skin and start to see herself in a completely different way.

And because I've known her for so long, I know how significant that is.

I know the person behind the photos.

I know the doubts.

I know the insecurities.

I know how easy it can be to put yourself at the bottom of the list when life is busy and everyone else needs you.(Very hardworking mum to her 6 year old son)

So watching her choose herself, commit to herself and eventually stand in front of that camera with this level of confidence…

That meant so much to me.

Yes, she looks incredible.

But seeing her feel incredible is what makes me happiest.

Sam, I'm so bloody proud of you.

Not just because of what you've achieved physically, but because you've changed the way you see yourself.

And getting to witness that as your coach and your friend is something I'll always be grateful for.

From childhood friends to coach and client…

What a privilege it has been to watch you absolutely smash this. 🤍

Now go and realise just how fu***ng incredible you look. 🥹🔥

Danielle… I'm honestly still not over these photos. 😮‍💨🔥

I've already shared your before and after, so I don't want to sit here and repeat everything I've already said about your transformation.

Instead, I just want to talk about how I felt when I saw you on the day of the photoshoot.

I was in total awe of you.

I knew you'd made huge progress.

I knew your glutes had grown.

I knew you'd built a serious amount of muscle.

But seeing it all come together in these photos was something else.

Those glutes. 🍑 I was just sitting there like wow! She is made for this but has also worked her arse off (or on!) for it!

The shape.
The fullness.
The muscle you've built.

And knowing that every bit of it has come from putting the work in consistently (Danielle literally hasn't missed a beat since she's been working with me) makes me even more proud.

Because this isn't about suddenly looking different for a photoshoot.

It's about what happens when you spend months training with purpose, progressively getting stronger, eating to support your goals and actually giving your body the time it needs to build.

You built this physique.

And Danielle, I hope you know how bloody impressive that is.

I'm so proud of the progress you've made, but even more proud of the commitment behind it.

Also need to add that Danielle is a 43 year old working mum of 3 boys....WTF!

I really hope you know how good you look because these photos are 🔥🔥🔥

I couldn't be happier for you.

What. A. Result. 🤍🍑

Michelle. 🤍

I've already shared your before and after.

I've already talked about the physical transformation.

But I wanted to give you a post that was just about you.

Because these photos aren't just the result of a few weeks of hard work.

They're the result of you deciding to back yourself.

Of showing up.

Of trusting me when I told you that you were capable of more than you thought.

And of slowly building a confidence that I don't think you even realised you were capable of.

44. A working mum of two. You have a million things competing for your attention.

And yet you decided to make time for yourself.

You decided that your own goals mattered too.

And now I look at these photos and I don't just see an incredible physique.

I see a woman who is completely owning her place in front of that camera.

Very proud coach here 🤍

Michelle, I hope you look at these photos and see what I see.

Not perfection.

Not just a body transformation.

But a woman who committed to herself and proved what she is capable of.

You absolutely smashed this. 🤍

4 women. 4 different journeys. 1 very special day. 🤍

These photos will always mean more to me than just a collection of nice pictures.

Because I know what went into getting here.

I know the conversations behind them.
The doubts.
The hard sessions.
The weeks where progress felt slow.
The days where motivation wasn't there but they showed up anyway.

And I know how much each of these women have grown — not just physically, but in confidence, consistency and the way they see themselves.

And I'm incredibly proud that I got to be part of that.

As a coach, it's easy to focus on the end result.

But the result is only the final few seconds of a much longer story.

So over the next few posts, I'm going to share each of their individual journeys — where they started, what changed, and what I'm most proud of when I look at them now.

Because these photos are amazing...

But the women standing in them are the real achievement. 🤍

I'm so proud of you girls.

I think this is probably the first time where I’ve really had to say to myself "what advice would you give a client if they were in your shoes?"

I’ve spent a huge part of my life knowing exactly how to get lean. I know how to diet, how to push when I need to, how to be disciplined and how to get my body into condition.

But this year my circumstances were different.

After surgery, time away from training, rebuilding my strength and trying to get my body back to where it was, I didn’t have the same runway I normally would before our annual trip to Ibiza.

And I could have responded by pushing harder.

Cutting calories further. Doing more. Trying to make up for lost time.

But I decided that wasn't what I wanted this year.

I wanted to get back to feeling strong. I wanted to enjoy training again. I wanted to enjoy my holiday. And I wanted to see if I could be comfortable going away without needing to be at my absolute leanest.

And honestly, that was harder mentally than any diet I’ve ever done.

Because when you’ve spent years associating feeling confident with being leaner, letting go of that control can feel uncomfortable.

But Ibiza reminded me that looking your best doesn't always mean being your leanest.

Sometimes it means being strong, healthy, happy and actually enjoying the life you're working so hard for.

A huge turning point for me personally and as a coach ❤️

Ok, so some raw honesty from me...this year I didn't feel as lean as I wanted to be going to Ibiza...

My original plan for this year didn't quite happen, and I found myself focusing on everything I hadn't achieved rather than everything I had.

Then I came home, looked through these photos, and realised I am absolutely mental 🤣Or as my husband put it "your like a lassie who keeps getting their lips bigger and bigger and thinks there too small 🙈" I was trying to get leaner even though I already looked good and would have actually made myself look worse if I had kept trying to get any leaner.

I also realise that my "not feeling lean enough" is most folks goals...I think competing can leave you with feeling of "if I'm not stage lean it's not enough"

As coaches, we spend so much time encouraging our clients to celebrate their progress and stop waiting for the "perfect" moment. This holiday reminded me that I need to take my own advice too.

I'm still ambitious. I still have physique goals. I'll always enjoy the process of working towards them.

But I'm done chasing goals of a competitive bodybuilder in my late 20s pre kids 🙃

If you're putting off the bikini, the beach, the family photos or making memories because you think you need to lose "just another few pounds" first…

Please don't.

Keep working towards your goals, but don't let them stop you enjoying the body you have today.

Because one day you'll look back at today's photos and wonder why you were ever so hard on yourself. 🤍

Watch what happens when three mums stop waiting to feel "ready."

Ready to wear the outfit.
Ready to step in front of the camera.
Ready to be seen.

Life had given them every reason to put themselves last. Careers, children, endless responsibilities, and the little voice that tells so many women they're "too old," "not lean enough," or "not confident enough."

But confidence isn't something you magically wake up with.

It's built every time you show up.
Every workout.
Every promise you keep to yourself.
Every moment you choose growth over fear.

This photoshoot wasn't about having the perfect body(although I think they all look insane 🔥)

It was about proving to themselves that they were capable of doing something they never thought they could.

And that's a feeling no photo could ever fully capture. ❤️

If you've been waiting until you feel "ready" to start your journey... this is your reminder that ready isn't where confidence begins.

Invest in yourself. I promise you will never regret it.

The summer holidays don't have to mean putting your fitness goals on hold. ☀️

As parents, it's so easy to think we have to choose between entertaining the kids or looking after ourselves. With a little creativity, you can do both.

Here's what works for me...

🚶‍♀️ Get your steps in together. Ava comes in the buggy whether she naps or not. If she doesn't sleep, she still gets some quiet time while I get my steps done. Joshua jumps on his bike and comes along for the adventure. He absolutely loves it - no child of mine is spending the whole summer glued to a screen!

🏃‍♀️ Turn cardio into play. I don't currently do cardio, but when I have in the past, the kids have always been involved. Trips to the running track where Joshua and I race each other, chasing the kids around the park... they think you're the best mum ever, and you're getting your heart rate up without it feeling like exercise.

🎠 Choose active days out. Parks, soft play, trampoline parks, bounce stations... and don't just sit watching. Join in! You'll burn plenty of calories, make memories and strengthen your connection with your kids at the same time.

🥙 Keep nutrition simple. Summer doesn't need to be all-or-nothing. I'll grab a chicken wrap when we're out, pack some fruit for snacks and keep things flexible. You don't need perfect, just good enough.

💪 Make training fit your life. I'm incredibly lucky that Robert always makes sure I get my gym sessions in. We don't have childcare, so in some ways that makes things harder, but we're fortunate to have each other to share the load.

If I didn't have that support? I'd still find a way. A pair of dumbbells and a 30-40 minute home workout is more than enough to keep progressing until life settles down again.

Remember, your health doesn't need to take a back seat every school holiday.

Your children are watching. Show them that looking after yourself isn't selfish—it's just part of living a healthy, active life. ❤️

FROM LOOKING GOOD... TO LOOKING GREAT. ✨🔥

This is where coaching gets really interesting.

When a client has a lot of weight to lose or a significant amount of muscle to build, the roadmap is often pretty straightforward. You know exactly what needs to be done.

But when someone already looks good? That's where the finer details matter.

Dionne didn't come to me wanting to lose loads of weight or build loads of muscle. She simply wanted to look better. More defined. More athletic. More confident.

After spending a short time in a growth phase, we were able to build just enough muscle before moving into this cut for Tomorrowland.

The result?

✨ More definition through her shoulders, arms and legs.
✨ A tighter waist.
✨ Glutes sitting higher.
✨ A more balanced physique.

Most importantly... she's finally happy with what she sees in the mirror.

What I'm probably even more proud of, though, are the changes that happened behind the scenes.

Since starting with me last September, Dionne's daily habits have completely changed.

❌ No more skipping meals.
❌ Partying a little less hard (still loves a rave but still turns up for her PT on a Monday)
❌ No more trying to punish herself with hours of cardio after a weekend of overindulging.

When we first started working together, Dionne was guilty of eating well Mon-Fri then ruining it at the weekend and thinking she could burn it off with cardio. Together, we changed that mindset.

Instead, we focused on fuelling her body properly, training consistently and building habits she could actually sustain.

We also learned that too much cardio leaves Dionne inflamed and bloated, so this entire dieting phase has been built around minimal cardio, quality training and consistently nailing her nutrition.

It's proof that getting from good to great isn't about doing more—it's about doing the right things consistently.

Absolutely love working with this belter of a girl. Never a dull moment, always in a new outfit, and has an absolute heart of gold ❤️

I hope you're proud of yourself, pal, because improvements at this level are all about consistency... and you've been consistent as f**k.
