🌙 A moment to pause at Earth Yoga 🌿

This week, our regular schedule continues, with a small change for the eclipse.

We will not be offering our usual Wednesday evening class.

On Saturday, Estela will be covering Katja's class and will end the practice with a crystal bowl meditation in Savasana — an invitation to slow down, listen, and rest.

Whatever you choose to do for the eclipse, whether you are watching it unfold or taking a little time to turn inward, we hope you enjoy the experience and make some space for yourself.
