Our team successfully restored this discontinued electro-hydraulic motor from a mainsail furling system, which had completely stopped working.
With original spare parts no longer available, we carried out a full rebuild instead of replacing the complete system: #

Nuestro equipo consiguió recuperar este antiguo motor electrohidráulico de un sistema de enrollado de mayor, que había dejado de funcionar por completo y se encontraba descatalogado.
Al no disponer de repuestos originales, realizamos una reconstrucción completa en lugar de sustituir todo el sistema:

🇬🇧 FURLEX 404 TD — SERVICE & REPAIR

Today our team carried out a major service operation on the Furlex 404 TD aboard this beautiful Swan 58. ⛵️

Following a serious failure during the passage from Gibraltar to the island, we replaced the bearing assembly, line drum and other affected components, restoring the furling system to proper working condition.

Another demanding job successfully completed and another great yacht ready to sail again! 🔧⚓️

Hoy nuestro equipo ha realizado una importante intervención en el Furlex 404 TD de este precioso Swan 58. ⛵️

Tras una avería importante durante la travesía desde Gibraltar hasta la isla, sustituimos el conjunto de rodamientos, el tambor de cabo y otros componentes afectados, dejando nuevamente el sistema de enrollado en perfectas condiciones de funcionamiento.

¡Otro trabajo exigente completado con éxito y un magnífico Swan 58 listo para volver a navegar! 🔧⚓️

🇺🇸 Yesterday our team at NK Rigging successfully unstepped this stunning Oyster yacht ⚓️ — the first step in an exciting full refit transformation.

As part of this project, the yacht will undergo a complete replacement of both standing and running rigging, along with a full mast repaint and major upgrades to onboard systems and electronics.
