“Where love reigns, there is no will to power; and where power prevails, love is absent.”
— Carl Gustav Jung
Happiness is love, nothing else. Those who know how to love are happy.
Every single time I make a profound act of self-love — most recently, the transformation in my professional life — life immediately gifts me with an abundance so immense that I almost reach the limits of my capacity to receive.
Overwhelmed, I find myself standing like a little child, mouth open and eyes wide, in awe of the wonders of the cosmos — witnessing the surrender of the mind, as feelings of grace and perfection take its place.
From the experiences of our love, a seminar concept has emerged, (UNION in Mexico) because we have come to see something existentially essential within it — something we believe is necessary for a truly happy life.
At the very place where the magic 🪄 of life brought us together, we will create a Soul Sanctuary — a space that offers us the opportunity to let our illusions fall away and to expand our inner resources.
So that we may become the partner we ourselves long for.
Because only then can that partner enter our lives — truly, naturally, and sustainably.
Within romantic relationships lies the potential for authentic peace. 🕊️
Thank you, Kai, for the effortless way in which you support me unconditionally.
For your willingness to look ever deeper into yourself — and into us.
For your boundless positivity, your strength, and the wisdom you bring into everything you do.
For your thoughtfulness and clarity.
For your calm in times of emotional waves.
For the shamanic work you bring into my body.
For the love you have for my daughter. 😌
For your faith in who I am.
For seeing and embracing my uniqueness.
For your ability to be endlessly fascinated by almost everything.
For the determination with which you move through life, and for the inspiration your free spirit awakens within me.
Thank you for the Tarzan in you!
Thank you for your wondrous being.

FORBES US - ARTICLE ABOUT ME & MY WORK COMING SOON!
✨
Psychedelic therapy is increasingly being recognized in the United States by leading organizations and major media outlets for what it truly is: a powerful therapeutic approach with the potential to address trauma-related symptoms that can profoundly limit people’s lives.
With this cover, Forbes demonstrates just how progressive and in tune with the cultural shift it is. In just a few days, Forbes US will also publish an article featuring me and my work.
To see the psychedelic field receive this level of visibility within such a short period of time speaks volumes. The conversation is changing — and it’s changing fast.
It’s time to move beyond fear and look at the evidence, the therapeutic potential, and the experiences emerging from this field with an open mind. Much of the fear surrounding psychedelics in the West has been shaped by decades of political agendas, stigma, and propaganda rather than by an objective assessment of their therapeutic potential.
Psychedelics are no longer a fringe conversation. They are becoming part of the future of mental health and trauma therapy.

One of the greatest strengths of a parent is being willing to show them where they are already bigger than us.
I believe one of the greatest gifts we can give our children is letting them know they don’t have to surpass us before they are worthy.
When my daughter does something better than I do, I tell her. If she’s braver, more creative, more gifted with languages, more intuitive, or learns faster than I ever did, I make sure she knows I see it. Not someday when she’s an adult—but now.
Children need parents who are confident enough to say:
“You’re better at this than I am.”
“I don’t know.”
“Can you show me how?”
Because when children spend years believing they are always the less capable one, they can begin to internalize the idea that they are never enough. Later in life, many try to compensate for that feeling through achievement, status, wealth, recognition, or a constant need to prove their worth.
Healthy self-esteem doesn’t grow from parents appearing flawless.
It grows when a child experiences:
I am truly seen.
My strengths are acknowledged.
I am allowed to excel in some areas—even now—compared to the people I admire most.
True greatness is not about always being superior.
It is about having the courage to recognize and celebrate the greatness in others—even in the smallest among us.
