Confession time…
This wasn’t a perfect 31 days.
Some mornings I didn’t breathe before anything. A couple of times I got up late and did it later. One day I forgot completely.
A year ago, I’d have thought I’d f**ked it.
But I did an extra one and carried on.
That’s what these 31 days taught me.
I don’t think people quit because they miss one day.
I think they quit because they convince themselves they’ve blown it.
One bad day doesn’t have to become a bad week.
We’re not just talking about breathing here, are we? 😉
Maybe that’s the freaking point. 🧡
