I’m 40 years old, a mum of two, personal trainer at Tribe Bootcamp, and CrossFit is a huge part of my life 💪

One thing fitness has taught me is that you don’t have to get it right all the time or be perfect. What matters is showing up, putting in the work, and continuing even on the days you don’t feel your best.

I love helping people become stronger, more confident and realise they’re capable of more than they think ✨
