At 16, I already knew: women deserve to feel better than this. I was outwardly confident and deeply insecure, and I didn’t have the language for it yet. I just had conviction and tenacity. I Still do.

I went hunting, in the body first:
Beauty college, massage, fitness, Pilates, yoga.
Then on to NLP, hypnotherapy, trauma-informed somatic work, training with incredible guides like Gabor Maté, and Rebekah Shaman as an ethical Cacaoista.
Speaker training with Andy Harrington, because I wanted to make a massive impact.

Every path taught me the same thing: the mind isn’t the only thing carrying the past;
Your shoulders remember.
Your jaw remembers.
Your breath remembers.

I raised my daughter as a single mum while building all of this, and found my way back to myself, over and over, through things I didn’t always have the strength to talk about.
I do now.
Every version of me that survived is standing in this photo.

Nearly 30 years in, still quirky, ADHD, and can’t sit still(unless in meditation) Fun-loving. A total warrior.

My dream: every woman knowing she’s worthy, because she was born it.
The divine feminine rising, properly, as a real shift in who holds power.
When women hold wealth freely, it heals the planet, not just profits from it.

This is my mission, not a marketing line.

This time last year, I could not have imagined my life looking the way it does now.

Last night the Aquarius full moon pulled me down to the water. She was asking for courage.
For the releasing of old versions of ourselves that no longer belong to who we are becoming.

I’ve been quiet for a few days. Offline, in the thick of my own process, my luteal phase and this moon arriving at the same time.

On Sunday I dropped into an old, familiar response, and instead of pushing through the way I once would have, I let myself rest.
That in itself is a kind of courage, from someone who’s struggled with guilt when I rested.

So standing on that sand, I let myself look back.

Maybe my life hasn’t been the happily ever after I once dreamed of, and maybe that fairytale dream just doesn’t actually exist however ….I wanted to honour my own courage. Not to gloat, but to help you to remind you of yours.

In December, I finally left a situation that was slowly killing me.
I don’t believe I had another year left in me. My sense of self had all but disappeared, and my grip on what was true had been worn thin by years of deceit.

I had the courage to leave. To be honest about what I’d lived through. To start again from nothing.
To move to the country my soul calls home. To build - brand and business I am prouder of than anything I’ve ever created.

Here’s what I want you to know:
Most people don’t come back from that quickly.
I did, and not by accident.
I came home to my own resilience and inner wisdom, and I used every single tool I teach to carry myself here.
I leaned in, I dug deep and I prayed … the only thing I had was my faith i times of darkness and despair.
This is the work. It held me when nothing else could.

If you are in something that feels unhealthy, or unsafe, or simply not yours anymore, let me be your sign.

This too shall pass.

You deserve to thrive.
To be seen, heard and loved. To want what you want without apology.

Please don’t lose ten years the way I did.
