One of my favourite drills here. It’s amazing to create awareness of the club falling to the ground without any interference. It then educates our body on how to participate to get the club on the ball.

If you’re struggling with your wedges, this is a great multi function drill to help you out. Firstly teeing the ball up will help you stop getting open and across wedges causing poor low point control. By adding the bucket both ahead of the ball and inside of the ball, you’ll help match the body and release more together. Also an amazing drill for long game if you lose too much height in the backswing.
