What you don’t see in these pictures is a girl with Graves Disease who lost 4 out of 5 clients because she lost capacity to work.

What you don’t see is her watching her friends eat croissants in Paris while she can’t, because she’s Celiac.

What you don’t see is her lying in the park, exhausted, because her meds made a mess out of her hormones.

What you don’t see is countless nights falling asleep in tears because this disease took away her motivation to keep her own business alive.

What you don’t see is the hair loss, the heart palpitations, the tremors, the monthly endocrinology appointments.

But she still packed her bags. She still showed up. She is still here.

Because the internet never shows you the full picture. And I’m done pretending mine is perfect.

In 2023 I wasn’t able to stand up… I was in so much pain after falling while boulder climbing 🧗‍♀️

I thought “here we go, I’m 33, I injured my spine, I’m done - which is what my Doctor said” 🥴🤕

Fast forward a few weeks, I decided I’m not gonna accept this as my reality… I wanted to come back stronger and more resilient.

I started weight training which helped SURE!!! But I still had neck pain, lover back pain, hip stiffness from the injury… So I did my research and discovered mobility. Not mobility from Instagram but science based system that improves health joint and joint longevity.

I was AMAZED!!!! I decided to join the program and became MOBILITY SPECIALIST. This practice changed my life completely. I feel faster, stronger and more resilient that ever💕
