What’s going on, Legend Riders? Just spent four hours on the new 2027 with the brand-new GENIE.

This is a 140/130mm proper trail bike that honestly has no business being as capable as it was on the trails we just rode. That GENIE rear end seriously feels more like 150mm of travel — I was blown away by what we could get away with on this thing.

I’m a massive fan. It’s bold, a little risky, doesn’t take itself too seriously, and most importantly… you actually remember it.

I’d love to see more bike brands having some fun and taking a few risks with their advertising instead of always playing it safe.

Today we’re checking out the brand-new RockShox Lyrik, paired with the also brand-new GENIE — part of the new collaboration between Specialized and RockShox for 2027.

Ride one is about to kick off, and this thing looks absolutely stunning.

Starting with the rubber, we’re running Radial tires in the Gravity carcass — a Magic Mary Ultra Soft up front and a Tacky Chan Ultra Soft on the rear.

Then we’ve got:

Legend Riders, day 3 here in beautiful Val d’Aran, and what an absolutely epic place! 🤩

I’m here filming my long-term review of the Amflow PX, and I have to give a massive shout-out to the team at Aran Bike Park for their incredible hospitality and for showing us some of the sickest trails around.

Honestly, today was probably the best day of riding I’ve had in a very long time. If you’re thinking about coming to Val d’Aran… don’t think—just come. You won’t regret it! 🙌

I’m in the stunning Val d’Aran putting the PX Carbon through its paces for my 3-month long-term review… and what a place to test a bike! If you’re thinking about riding here, I can’t recommend it enough.
