After everything my knees have been through, I’m choosing to spend more time doing a sport that’s kinder to them. Less impact, same commitment, same mindset.

Building new habits doesn’t always mean pushing harder. Sometimes it means training smarter and taking care of your body so you can keep doing what you love for years to come.
