Spanish Soccer Trials

𝘼𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙂𝙤𝙖𝙡𝙠𝙚𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙧, 𝙎𝙚𝙩𝙝 𝙒𝙚𝙚𝙠𝙨, 𝙎𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝘾𝙁 𝘽𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙙𝙤𝙧𝙢 🇦🇺🇪🇸

is delighted to announce that Australian goalkeeper Seth Weeks has signed with CF Benidorm for the 2026/27 season, where he will compete in Liga Comunitat.

Seth first came across our radar following previous spells in Spain and the UK, which included a trial with Cádiz’s Cantera. At just 18 years old and entering his first season in senior men’s football, signing with a club of Benidorm’s ambition is a significant step in his development.

He joins Devarn Green, a fellow SST player who has also committed to the first team at CF Benidorm this season.

Speaking on the signing, SST Co-Founder James Dawes said: “It’s a fantastic first step in senior men’s football for Seth. He’s a player we believe in a lot and we’re looking forward to monitoring his progress over the course of the season.”

We look forward to following Seth’s journey at Benidorm this season.

Earlier this month, 8 players from our 2026 Women’s Summer Showcase went on to sign/trial with professional and semi-professional clubs here in Spain.

It proved the theory that by putting yourself in the right place at the right time, amazing things can happen and given the success of the event this summer interest has never been higher in what we are doing here at .

Former DI Athlete, Maggie Fralin, Trials with PFC 🇺🇸🇪🇸

is delighted to announce that following the conclusion of our 2026 Women’s Summer Showcase, Maggie Fralin has been invited to trial and sign with Tercera RFEF side, PFC for the 2026/27 season.

After six seasons of college soccer in the US, representing some of the biggest DI college programs (Virginia, Maryland and Richmond) in the country, Maggie came to Malaga this August looking to take her first steps on the European ladder.

Her performances during the showcase games caught the attention of PFC Head Coach, Sergio Perez, and following the event was asked to train for an additional week with the Tercera RFEF side.

Now preparing to make her debut season within the Spanish system, we are delighted to have facilitated this opportunity for Maggie and know that this is just the beginning for her as she starts the next chapter in her career.

is delighted to announce that highly promising young 🇧🇲 full back, Nijae Aberdeen, has signed with Malaga Juniors B for the 2025/26 season.

Nijae who attended our 2025 Summer Showcase event impressed from the moment he arrived here in Spain and consequently earned himself this opportunity within a professional club structure.

He now finds himself inside an incredibly exciting and forward thinking club, that has gone from strength to strength in recent years with the first team now competing at the Tercera RFEF level. This will be a big year for Nijae during his first full season in Senior futbol and we are excited to see him perform within the Spanish League system.

SST is delighted to announce that talented 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Winger/Forward has signed a contract with Liga Cominutat side CF BENIDORM for the 2026/27 season.

Devarn attended out 2026 Summer Showcase where he was scouted by CF Benidorms Sporting Director, Victor Barbado, and after a successful trial period has now agreed terms with the club.

The 29 year old from Birmingham, England has spent the majority of his career playing inside the professional english football league system for notable clubs such as Blackburn Rovers, Scunthorpe United and Oldham Athletic and now signs with Benidorm for his first stint playing overseas.

He came to SST looking to start a new chapter and were delighted to have been able to help him find it.

The first ever 🇬🇧 player to sign for the club in their history. Considering the considerable size of the clubs 🇬🇧 fan base is something to be extremley proud of.
