47 YEARS OLD. AND STILL GETTING BETTER. 🔥
73kg ➡️ 66kg.
She’s been consistent with me for years, and she’s a great example of what happens when fitness becomes part of your lifestyle rather than something you do for a few weeks.
When we put these pictures together, she actually said something that stuck with me:
“I don’t really realise how far I’ve come until I see the pictures.”
And I think a lot of people can relate to that.
When you see yourself every day, the changes happen so gradually that you don’t always notice them. But side by side, the progress speaks for itself.
At 47, she’s fitter, leaner and stronger, and still progressing.
She’s a great example of what I always say: you can age backwards when you start taking your fitness seriously.
Not literally, of course. But in the way you move, the way you feel, your strength, your fitness and what your body is capable of.
Getting older doesn’t mean giving up on your body.
