GPR Sport wins Stage 1 at Fenek Rallye
GPR Sport claimed its first stage victory at the Fenek Rallye, with the Belgian-Spanish crew of Raf Henri Herman / Daniel Cámara winning Stage 1.
After finishing third in the 54 km Prologue, the crew bounced back on the opening 264 km stage, delivering a faultless performance in the dunes and navigation to take the stage win. They will now open the road on Stage 2, which covers 270 km.
According to the provisional classification, Herman and Cámara lead the T3 category by 14 minutes over Philippe Severac / Michel Navarro.

"We are back in action, this time in Morocco at the Fenek Rallye. It's a desert rally with dunes and sand. Yesterday's 54 km Prologue ended with our Belgian driver Raf Henri Herman and Spanish co-driver Dani Cámara finishing third.
Today was the first stage, covering 264 kilometres. They had a very good day, with perfect navigation, handled the dunes extremely well and won the stage. Tomorrow they will open the road on Stage 2, a new 270 km stage. The car is in perfect condition, so we are very happy with today's result." GPR Sport Rallye&Raid Team
