👯 TRAIN WITH A BUDDY — SHARE THE FUN & THE COST
"OAH" - the most soul lifting sound a client make for every coach 🤣💪 it works!!!
Personal training doesn’t always have to be one-to-one. It works just as efficient - or even better- when you have a gym buddy.
Train as a pair with your partner, friend, sister, colleague or favourite training buddy and enjoy your sessions together while sharing the cost.
💪 Personal Training for 2
💶 Starting from €25 per person
Training as a pair still feels like personal training, not a group class. With only two people, I can still closely watch technique, adapt exercises individually and give both of you plenty of attention throughout the session.
So you get the motivation and fun of training together, while still having the supervision, individual adjustments and personal approach you’d expect from PT.

If your wellness routine feels like another job, it’s not working for you.
Busy women don’t need perfect routines. We need habits that fit around work, family, caregiving, household logistics and real life.
Here’s the article in a nutshell:
• Plan 3 + 2 meals
Choose 3 easy meals you can repeat and 2 quick backup options. Less decision-making, more consistency.
• Think protein first
Start meals with protein, then add fibre and colour to help support steadier energy.
• Choose exercise by time available
Have a 10, 20 and 30-minute option ready. Walking, mobility and strength all count.
• Use a 2-minute reset between roles
Try breathing in for 4 counts and out for 6, then relax your jaw and shoulders.
• Protect your sleep
Create a short wind-down routine, keep your phone away from the bed and write down tomorrow’s top 3 priorities.
• Replace draining habits instead of fighting them
Notice the cue, then choose a quick competing action: water, tea, stretching, brushing your teeth or stepping away from your phone.
• Do a 2-minute morning check-in
How do I feel?
What do I need?
What matters most today?
• Take a 10-minute movement snack
Walk, stretch, climb stairs or move however feels good.
• Keep your wake-up time fairly consistent
Your body responds well to rhythm.
• Build your plate before grazing
Aim for protein + produce first, especially on busy days.
• Make your busy-day version easier
Ten minutes still counts. One good meal still counts. One reset still counts.
Bottom line:
Your wellness routine should support your real life, not become another thing to manage.
Choose one small change this week, repeat it, and notice what happens to your energy and mood.

I’m not going to brag… but I am going to brag a little, because I’m so proud of this transformation. ❤️
When I moved from the UK to Spain, it was just me and my then two-year-old daughter.
I had already built a well-established fitness, wellbeing and sports massage business in the UK, but moving meant starting again.
Commercial premises were far too expensive, so I looked at the basement in our rented house and thought:
Why not build my own little studio here?
Working from home also makes life much more manageable as a single mum.
When I have a gap between clients or a last-minute cancellation, I can work on my marketing, answer messages, tidy the house, prepare dinner and still be close to my daughter.
And this room?
I cleared it.
I planned it.
I laid the flooring myself.
I slowly turned it into a space where people can move, breathe, recover and feel better.
I did have help with the jobs involving power tools, but learning how to use a drill properly is definitely next on my list. 😂
The business is still growing, so please send me a little good luck, positive energy, prayer, manifestation—or whatever you like to call it—that all this work and investment will pay off.
More than anything, I hope this space becomes somewhere lovely women can come for sports massage, group exercise, meditation, coaching and support.
I built it for you.
For the mum who struggles to find childcare.
For the woman who needs an hour to herself.
For anyone trying to feel stronger, calmer, healthier or simply a little more like themselves again.
I’m here for you. ❤️
And no, I haven’t done everything alone. I’m very grateful for every bit of support I’ve received from my family and friends along the way.

“If I can still find five things to be grateful for today, then today is still worth staying for.”
That is what I told myself during the hardest time of my life.
Last year, my daughter had a severe eczema flare-up. We barely slept for more than a few minutes at a time. Her skin was itchy, painful and bleeding, and I had to watch constantly because she could scratch until she bled through her clothes.
We had also just moved from the UK to Spain. I was a single mum, self-employed, trying to rebuild our lives while running on extreme sleep deprivation, fear and mum guilt.
This is why I believe so deeply in gratitude and short workouts.
Every day, I opened my gratitude app and found five things.
Not five perfect things.
Not five life-changing things.
Just five things that were still good.
☀️ The sun was shining on us.
❤️ I could feel my daughter’s heartbeat and breath.
🐈 We had each other and our three cats.
🍲 We had warm food — and sometimes an ice cream.
💪 I still had enough strength to guide us through another day.
And every day, I moved my body.
It wasn’t a proper workout.
Sometimes it was a few squats between the scratching and crying. Sometimes a short walk with my little angel. Sometimes we danced around the room for one song.
Those tiny moments did not magically fix our situation.
But they interrupted the hopelessness.
Gratitude reminded me that pain was not the only thing present in our lives.
Movement reminded me that I was still here, still capable and still moving forward — even if it was only one squat, one breath or one step at a time.
Music, movement and gratitude helped carry us through the hardest chapter of our lives.
Today, her eczema is under control.
We are sleeping.
We are healing.
And I am continuing to build my business and our new life.
This is why I will never underestimate five grateful thoughts or a five-minute workout.
Sometimes the smallest actions are not small at all.
Sometimes they help keep you here.

Studies like this are never going to be completely clear because, first of all, they are not going to be able to carefully select and control every part of these children’s lives. And how are they going to properly compare children who are so young, then assess them decades later and say that whatever happened to their brain was because of the diet they had before the age of two? So many other things will have happened throughout their lives.
I also really want to clarify that bananas, grapes, pineapple and yoghurt all contain sugar too.
I’m not saying children should be given lollipops and chocolate instead of bananas and pineapple. Of course, there is a general problem with children eating too much shop-bought ice cream, lollies, sweets and other heavily processed foods.
But I don’t think we should demonise some chocolate or completely keep children away from it either. In the grand scheme of life, having some chocolate or birthday cake is not going to kill anyone, damage them for life or cause brain damage.
And only because you don’t let your child have birthday cake at parties, bring pineapple instead, or make a watermelon cake for their birthday, it doesn’t mean they are going to be cleverer than another child whose family decided to have a traditional homemade chocolate cake without loads of added chemicals.
Scientists have suggested eating very little sugar up to the age of two may help protect the brain decades later.

Children know best: the power of closeness and touch. ❤️
Children instinctively reach for us.
They climb onto our laps, hold our hands and rest their heads against us. They do not question whether closeness is productive or necessary.
Their nervous system simply knows:
I feel better when I am close to someone I trust. 🤍
Then, somewhere in adulthood, many of us forget.
We become independent, busy and used to carrying everything ourselves. We can spend an entire day surrounded by people without experiencing one moment of caring human contact.
My massage clients often remember its importance within seconds.
As soon as I place my hands on someone’s shoulders, I can feel the change:
✨ Their breathing slows
✨ Their shoulders drop
✨ Their face softens
✨ Their body begins to let go
In my studio, massage usually involves direct contact with the area being treated. But even in offices, where chair massage is generally performed through clothing, I offer some skin-to-skin contact whenever possible and appropriate.
This may mean uncovering only the shoulders and neck or the lower back, or offering a hand and forearm massage.
There is something especially powerful about respectful human touch.
A simple message:
I see you.
I feel you.
You matter. 💛
Touch is not only emotional. It is physiological.
Gentle, caring touch can help regulate the nervous system, reduce physical tension and support feelings of calm and connection. Oxytocin may also play a role, while breathing and muscle tension can begin to change almost immediately.
Perhaps we should remember one of the most basic ways human beings regulate, connect and feel cared for:
Closeness. Presence. Respectful human touch. 🤲
