Fascinating Human Body!!

The talus and hyoid are unique bones. The talus has no muscular attachments and the hyoid very few ligament attachments to other bones. Both act like gyroscopes in the body, in that however they move, the rest of the body tends to accommodate. Dysfunctions here are understandably problematic.

I made this video for a client suffering from chronic low back pain. Now she has a personal home practice that helps create awareness and mobility in the ribcage and pelvis. It releases the hip flexors and and side body and strengthens the hips and core. Use this video to improve your relationship between all your”parts” for freedom and ease of movement. Enjoy!

If you would like to have a home practice video that is made specifically for your body, goals, and needs. Please reach out and we can schedule a session virtually or in person and I will create a customized practice video just for you ❤️
