Deep stretching class with 🧘🏼‍♀️

This session develops sustainable flexibility through controlled, active stretching. After a brief mobility warm-up, muscles are lightly activated before progressing into one-minute holds to enhance muscle length and fascia integrity. Each session targets a specific focus area, such as hip or chest opening.
