For Hugo training is about much more than fitness. It’s time to switch off from everyday life, take care of his mental health and invest in staying strong as he gets older.

And just as importantly, it’s about the people.

At Choice, you train with familiar faces. You know the people around you. You encourage each other. You become part of a community.

Hugo’s advice is simple:

It doesn’t matter how old you are.
It doesn’t matter how fit you are.
It doesn’t matter if you’re starting with a beer belly.
