Two well deserved promotions to these two young gentlemen.

Carl and Benci have turned up as much as possible and it goes to show as they have made an astounding amount of progress.

Carl competed in his first BJJ comp last month and won Gold.

Considering they only train No-Gi twice a week they can really handle their own.

They are a huge part of the team

Some great photos from Heni's win at Apex Fighting Championship last week.

It was a great test for her against a skilled opponent, she fought well, overcame some adversity, listened well and ended up getting a third round TKO.

Everything we worked on leading up to the fight she executed.

Very proud of what shes accomplished.

Very proud of my little protege AJ_201020 last week where he won gold in his very first BJJ comp.

He showed great takedown defense and offence, great control and how to act whether you win or lose.

Its amazing to see how far he has come in the year ive been training him, baring in mind were an MMA club not a BJJ club and these guys do grappling twice a week.

This kid will go far in life with whatever he choose to do.

Back to work today after a busy day competing yesterday!

Some of you have trained for less than 6 month and only training bjj twice a week and every one of you showed you could hold your own.
